TOCTRIENOLS SCIENCE FOR HEALTH

On the 7th October 2012 when I opened my eyes in the morning the LORD gave me "Glycerine".

After I received the message I bought some "Glycerine" from Boots the Chemist and in the following years I recommended it to those that were brought to me. Glycerine is found in Coconut Oil and it is safe to give to children because Boots own brand products have glycerine for children over one year.



Coconut oil is also safe for children and I found that dogs like coconut oil too. Some people are recommending an extract from Coconut oil, Monolaurin, but that is only part of the story because Monolarurin has glycerin in it that comes from the coconut oil.

Coconut Milk is also great, I like cooking cod in coconut oil and sesame seeds, then pour in the coconut milk over the top of it, pinch of paprika is lovely. Served with a mushroom wild rice, with red onion, lemon juice and lemongrass. With some asparagus. Easy to digest and great for the body.

After the message received in 2012, I was led to look into Coconut Oil in more depth, Palm Oil and Pearl Barley and I found that all three of them had the same compound of Toctrienols. I included these foods into my menus and recommended these nutrients to other people.

This is an awesome paper on Coconut Oil, it mentions how pre 1930s all food manufacturing in America was with coconut oil, that's a major reason why they were so much healthier then.

It also mentions a recent study of French women and how they found that the elderly women that had the highest cholesterol lived the longest. Amazing!

PALM TOCTRIENOLS

The Palm fruit is particularly high in toctrienols and there have been studies carried out in America by the U.S. Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute (AFRRI) they were looking at radiation countermeasures. During the research they found that toctrienols enhanced survival of stem cells, which are essential for the renewing of the bodies blood cells.

Until recently I used to cook with unrefined Palm Oil but Sainsbury's stopped stocking the tubs of it. I do still cook with Coconut Oil and I do still eat Pearl Barley. All three of those foods were instrumental in helping yours truly to improve my health.

I have found another oil that has 25% of Palm Oil in it and Coq10 and that is called "Healthier Oil", so I cook often with that now as a preventative measure. It can be purchased for £2 per bottle.



Kosher TOMOR, specifically the Rakusen brand has 46% of Palm Oil in it and 34% of Sunflower Oil. Although Sainsbury's are out of stock today on Purim, Jewish holiday.

However, if a person has a serious health condition like "cancer", then I recommend people take a toctrienols supplement in their daily intake.

Of course, Zinc is also an important mineral and most people are deficient in that mineral, it is a crucial mineral because it helps the body to function properly.
