The Daily Express have written that the quatrain is translated as follows into English.
"From vain enterprise, honour and undue complaint.
Boats tossed about among the Latins, cold, hunger, waves.
Not far from the Tiber the land stained with blood.
And diverse plagues will be upon mankind"
The Daily Express ask could this be the coronavirus?
The quatrain does appear to signify the migration crisis caused by the globalists and their "vain (global) enterprise" agenda. How the globalists sought honour e.g. votes from those with "undue complaints".
The migrants did not have the right to enter Italy without the permission of the Italian people.
The migration crisis did bring boats that were tossed about in waves of the Italian waters and there has been blood shed in the region. Hence I do think that the prophecy gives an outline for the timeline. As it includes a migration crisis, bloodshed followed by diverse plagues.
Even the Catholic Pope who supported the globalist migration agenda thought he was immune from catching it in Italy. To those that kept on banging on about diversity they received a lot more than they thought they would. Diversity brought contamination from a different country and continent to our own.
