NHS "BOTCHED" SURGERY
The Daily Mail report that since 2015, 3,684 patients had their lives put at risk by botched surgery. An estimated 1,500 procedures were conducted on the wrong part of the body. Removal of the wrong organs, including one woman who had a fallopian tube taken out rather than her appendix. The article on the link tells the story of what's been happening, although it doesn't tell you the nationality of the surgeons that are doing it. F.O.I request!
The reason I mention nationality, is because it has come to light that the current English test for working visas is the same for everyone. The Chief Medical Officer has said that the English test for the medical professionals must include medical terminology, after an elderly lady in her care home died in the hands of migrant care workers due to them not understanding the straight forward questions from NHS111.
Going back to the surgery, a neighbour had 7 botched operations and he died before he could go back for the 8th. I told him that he should sue our local hospital when he told me he had been operated on that many times. He was a lovely guy, a holiday courier and he never went back to work after the first operation.
The cases mentioned in the Daily Mail report are the cases that they know about, think how many more cases there are - the ones that they don't know about.
COUNCIL TAX UNFAIR/UNLAWFUL?
Innocent people have been sent to prison for non-payment of council taxes when people have a reason to defend their case. Sometimes the law is unfair to some people that makes it unlawful. Another issue is that the poor can't afford a barrister and legal aid isn't available to defend them and their case.
In this video Blackbelt barrister discusses a 2019, Welsh case with a judge. On the back of this case in Wales, the court decided not to send anyone else to prison for non-payment of council tax. The claimant was Bristow and Sutor and in 2023 they are in contravention of the bailiffs regulations because they don't have a complaints procedure on their website. On that basis a case can get thrown out of court too.

FIVE YEAR MORATORIUM ON MIGRATION ?
Connor Tomlinson gives his take on the UK's record migration stats. "People Polling found that 53% of the British Public want a five-year moratorium on all migration. So, few migrants, more babies, and a Britain that the native population can believe in again".
He gives an excellent summary of the situation and the prospects for the future in this short interview of 2 minutes.
One of the excuses for bringing in foreign nationals is to feed low paid jobs in the leisure industry. My response is that we don't require tons of coffee shops, large chains of coffee shops, if they can't get the staff let them close. Let the existing job market decide and respond to the obvious market forces.
The same with Indian restaurants, can't get the staff, then those people can move to countries where they can get the staff that they require. Don't let a lack of staff be an excuse to import anymore. The less you import, the less there is a burden on the finances and infrastructure of our country. We have to break the never ending cycle that has spiralled out of government control.
A local garage franchise had all British staff, the franchise changed hands, the female British manager was replaced with a foreigner, then all of the British staff were replaced with new migrants that were imported and sponsored by the new franchisee. A petrol garage doesn't have any reason to import workers, we already had British staff in those jobs. Those are just a few examples, there are many more.
Has the government of Pakistan have said, migrants are taking our jobs. Pakistan is expelling 1.7M Afghans and sending them back to Afghanistan. They're also deporting all undocumented migrants and so-called refugees from other countries too. If Pakistan can deport that many people, so can the UK deport that many people that are not contributing to the financial welfare of our country.
It has already been analysed that a person with a family has to be earning over £40,000 a year to be a contributor to the country. Low paid jobs are not providing that and it is one of the reasons that our country is trillions in debt.
LOCAL COUNCILS FAILING
Lord Morse is the chair of the Office for Local Government (Oflog), he said, "that all town halls in special measures were failing because of poor governance rather than budgetary shortfalls".
A former head of the National Audit Office, Lord Morse said, "All of the failures that we've seen so far, all of the authorities that are in special measures, are not primarily attributable to a shortage of money; they're to do with failures in management or failures in governance. I really can say that quite definitely".
Newly released data highlights a substantial surge in council revenues over the past decade. "Council revenues have surged whilst mismanagement concerns are raised amid bankruptcy fears" report the Daily Express.

I remember when Gordon Brown was telling the councils to invest their money in Icelandic banks, we all know what happened then. Our local council "lost" 4 M of tax payers money. Who gives the council the right to gamble with our money in foreign banks? That's just one example of mismanagement. Plus they've been selling off property assets for years to fund what has become known as "vanity projects".
The amount of money spent on diversity and cycle lanes is also shocking. Is cycling healthy for you? Definitely not, cycling is detrimental for the pelvic floor and the nervous system of the body. 5g is detrimental for the body, so are smart meters.
Local councils don't appear to comprehend the health risks of some of the new technology, councillors are not technology experts. Nor are they specialists in best practice for health either has can be seen by the decisions that they make. More houses and shopping malls = less green space = less oxygen and more environmental concerns with less habitat for wildlife.
It's often the case that they come up with new road schemes and then have to reverse them because they're not working. Wasting millions in the process while they learn what doesn't work. Car parks weren't built for the heavy weight of SUV's or inflammable EV'S. The recent collapse of the car park at Luton Airport is an example of that. My advice, don't park in a multi-storey car park because the risk and danger is increasing.
In a recent case with one of the local councils, a former MP told the council that their masterplan was "a load of dross".
It has been highlighted in the comment section of this article, that local councils are businesses but unfortunately, they're not run by businessmen and businesswomen. Local government requires an overhaul, it's seriously not working for the best interests of the people.

1,000 ISRAELI MUSICIANS - BRING THEM HOME NOW
1,000 Israeli musicians come together, singing with one voice, "Bring Them Home Now". It was filmed in the Caesarea Amphitheatre, some of these people are families of the hostages that are still held by Hamas terrorists. It is a call to the world to help the Israeli's to bring them home.

PAKISTAN EXPEL 1.7M AFGHANS
Douglas Murray shared in a recent interview that Pakistan was expelling people from their country and so could we. Aljazeera, reported that Pakistan has decided to expel more than 1.5M allegedly undocumented Afghan refugees and migrants.
Since October, when the deadline for the refugees or face detention ended, more than 200,000 have crossed over to Afghanistan. The Afghan government are not happy about it.
1.7M Afghans told to leave.
It's not just Afghan's either. Pakistan is deporting all undocumented foreigners. "Some Pakistani's including government officials have accused Afghans of stealing jobs, dealing in drugs, and participating in terrorism." The expulsions could also include people from Iran, Myanmar and Sri Lanka.

DIMITRI LIMA DEPORTATION
It is written that the Home Office could find no proof that Dimitri Lima was born in the UK. Hence, no official documentation. In the UK people register the birth of the child, a birth certificate is the first paperwork that the parents receive to give to their child when they're old enough to take care of it.
Then when a person starts work a National Insurance number is issued. Lima says that he didn't buy a British passport because they're too expensive. He was dealing in drugs and used a taser and that is why he was sentenced to 4.6 years in prison. On leaving prison after 2 years, the prison service took him straight to the detention centre at Gatwick for deportation.
British people have passports, my first passport was bought for me by my parents. My son had his own passport, even dogs have travel passports in the UK, but not the Portuguese crook. No paperwork = deportation. It sounds like he's never had a proper job or paid into the UK tax system, otherwise there would be paperwork.
If I worked for the Home Office, I'd also inspect his parents too because it was their responsibility to make sure their child had paperwork, if in fact, he is telling the truth! How can the British media say he is British without any evidence? Dimitri Lima, a convict, can be deported under the law of the land.
Why did he never leave our country for a holiday or to visit Portugal to see family? He didn't have a passport, it seems to me that he knew he wouldn't be allowed to stay in the UK, and that they wouldn't let him in again. So he has been coasting without any paperwork. It is more than likely that he entered the UK prior to the BREXIT referendum, unless evidence can be provided to prove otherwise.
Have the Home Office seen any documentation from his parents about their eligibility? Hopefully, we will hear more about this case.

FRANCE DEPORTATIONS
People can't just move to any country that they would like to move too and it is against the law to travel across borders without a visa. How did the south American afford to travel to France to being with? Algerians, Iraqi's, Afghan's, Albanians, Moldovan's. 33,000 economic migrants have been deported from France.
In the US, Venezuelan's being deported. 130 on this flight.

DR REINER FUELLMICH KIDNAPPED
Dr Reiner Fuellmich was kidnapped on the 12th October, 2023 and taken back to Frankfurt in Germany.
When he asked his detainees who was paying for the flights to Germany, he was told Germany. His lawyer said that what happened to the Consumer Trial Lawyer, is a "violation of international law". He was abducted in Mexico, a German arrest warrant was issued in March and a European arrest warrant was issued in May. However, his lawyer says that doesn't have legal jurisdiction in Mexico. His lawyer asks was it an "illegal kidnapping"? And all internationals lawyers should be made aware of what has happened to him.
In this interview she says that we require international pressure from alternative media to help him e.g people like Tucker and Joe Rogan.
That Reiner carried us through a dark time and now he requires our help to get through this dark time. Dagmar Schon (the lawyer) also said that the 1M Euros was given to the person that brought the criminal case against him. His lawyer says that this case was planned against him, she thinks it could be political.
At the time that this video was filmed in October, his lawyer was still waiting for discovery, whilst he is in custody in a German jail, the District Attorney was investigating. The German justice system won't let him out on bail in case he skips the country and he has been kidnapped and imprisoned on the basis of an "allegation".
Has far as I'm aware the reason that he and his wife went to Mexico is because they were refused entry into America. They have dual passports with America and Germany, he said he has a legal practice in both countries. I think he said previously, that his wife is an American.

We do know that there was a big falling out with Viviane Fischer and in a recent interview with her she claimed that he broke his contract with her and Reiner had told Viviane that she had broken her contract with him over a book that she was writing.
Although it was clear from the outset that Dr Reiner Fuellmich was the brains that led and inspired the Corona Investigative Committee that interviewed over 600 guests internationally. Reiner was collaborating and co-ordinating with lawyers, scientists, and specialists in their fields around the world, people that were all highly motivated and compelled to share the truth together. What began has a fact finding mission became a much bigger project with international attention and following. Hence, the amount of donations that was raised to support his mission.
During his career Reiner has taken on car corporations and banks on behalf of consumers and won his cases. He is a formidable trial lawyer with a life of experience.

HOMELESS RURAL ENGLAND UP 40%+
Homelessness in rural England is up 40 in five years. This report from the CPRE charity, which campaigns for affordable housing in rural England, says that it is due to a boom in second homes, soaring mortgages and high energy bills. They also claim that 12 local authorities across England - designated has predominantly rural - had levels of rough sleeping higher than the national average of 15 per 100,000.
CPRE say that 300,000 people are waiting for social housing in rural England - where the average house sells for £420,000.
The other charity, Shelter, say homelessness is likely to be 14% higher this Christmas than last year. Their estimates don't include those that are sofa surfing and are not a council list. Shelter call "sofa surfing" "hidden homelessness.".

In recent years I've spoken to at least four people that are on a council list and one of those people has been on the list for three years. The experience of all four were that there weren't any properties being offered in their own council area. In fact, properties on the bidding list were only for a different county altogether. It's obvious that they're trying to move people away from where they were born, where they have a support network of friends and family. Not only that but they're competing with other people in other rural areas for the same properties.
Yet, there is a mass of economic migrants that appear to be living somewhere in our localities, some are in temporary accommodation. Properties are also being allocated specifically for migrants, whilst they're not being offered to our own people. This is causing distress and resentment all over rural England. We don't have room for economic migrants when we are already overpopulated and can't even provide affordable housing for our own.

FOX TRAIL HUNTING BOXING DAY
So it is Christmas, so it is Boxing Day, the day of the hunts around the British countryside. So what does the scriptures say about the foxes? Scripture considers foxes to be destructive animals that destroy valuable vineyards. Song of Solomon 2:15 "Catch for us the foxes".
Foxes do spread disease in the countryside. When my dog was a six month old puppy he caught Fox Lungworm and dogs and farm animals can die of it if they don't receive treatment fast enough.
Samson tied torches to 300 foxes to set fire to the grain fields of the Philistines. Nehemiah 4:3.
Jesus wasn't keen on"foxes" either. Foxes that kill chickens and ducks that are food for people and dogs, foxes are a pest that spread disease. Jesus said, "Go tell that fox, I will keep on driving out demons and healing people today and tomorrow and on the third day, I will reach my goal". Luke 13:32. In Judaism, one day can represent a week, a month, a year or even a millennium. When you consider that there are more healers on this planet than there has ever been, the third millennium is appropriate for the third day.

Little Kobi that lived in Dalston, London, a 4 year old that left this planet far too soon, his joyful face seen in this photograph. This case brought sadness to my heart this week.

100 ABANDONED DOGS HOMED
This American guy has 221M subscribers on YT, although this is the first of his videos that I've watched. This video has received 2.7M likes, and 38M views since it was uploaded 22 hours ago.
With his marketing, he attracted 100 dog adopters for 100 dogs that had been abandoned.
I highly recommend that you watch the video of the adopters arriving and the dogs that they chose. It is joyful. The adopters were also given free pet food for the dog and free pet insurance for life. A massive Christmas present for those that gave these dogs a home.

FINNISH HOMELESSNESS SOLVED?
The Finnish say that they have solved 50% of the homeless situation in Finland. The difference between Finland and the UK, is that Finland put 25% of housing into the project. The Housing Minister decided on 25%. Whereas in the UK, its only 10% and in fewer cases 15%.
Once housed with in-house amenities, (as one would anticipate in Finland, the amenities are excellent, they even have saunas and specific sound proofed areas for musicians) they receive treatment support in-house and the support workers speak to the residents every day once housed.
Finnish cities fund it in partnership with the Federal government. Notice that all but one of the people that were housed in this documentary were Finnish.

Dr Phillip McMillan explains what Geert Vanden Bossche was saying in a recent interview, when he gave his warning predicting a large eruption following the Covid injections.
Geert says that this is a major risk to the injected. Although Phillip thinks that the people that didn't take the injections are also at risk, although are in a much healthier condition due to not having taken the injections.
Geert is on X and has linked to his Substack with this uploaded article. "Misinterpretation of acute antibody response after administration of updated booster vaccines to Covid-19 vaccine recipients conveys a dangerously misleading public health message".
Bear in mind that the former VP of Pfizer, Mike Yeadon said, that 17M people have already died from the injections.

CORTICOSTEROID CREAMS, NO, NO.
Researchers from the National Taiwan University Hospital looked at the medical records of 8,000 patients, and they found that those using corticosteroid creams and ointments that constrict blood vessels and dampen inflammation, were at an increased risk of developing osteoporosis and suffering a fracture over five years.

These creams and ointments are prescribed to patients with skin conditions and a majority of patients are not aware that the skin is part of the immune system. Never use steroid creams even if a GP prescribes it.
I recommend Castor Oil for Psoriasis and other skin conditions, it even gets rid of skin tags and is good for joints. Castor Oil is most effective with heat treatment, so after applying it directly onto the skin or scalp you can apply a hot towel or flannel. Or you could put it on and then get into a sauna.
Our local Dermatology Dept is recommending a product called EMOLLIN, that is effective on the scalp and skin, although it is quite expensive compared to Castor Oil, because 150ml of emollin only lasts about a week and you can't get it on prescription in the UK. GPs have stopped prescribing a lot of products that are now considered by NHS England to be for self-care.
I can buy a litre of Castor Oil from Nikura in London for £14.99, in fact I bought some this week.

COST OF MASS MIGRATION
Someone posting as Smart Cookie on YT, posted this comment.
"The University of Amsterdam has just undertaken a huge study and found out that mass migration has cost the Netherlands nearly half a trillion dollars between 1995-2019, which equates to taking 17BN Euros more out of the Dutch welfare state than they contributed on average every year. There needs to be a similar study done in this country."

GM's EV PLANT ON FIRE
A fire has shut down General Motors Electric Car Plant, executives say "Battery Material's" are responsible. Electric vehicles have a history of catching fire. The EV market isn't doing has well has the politicians and investors had hoped.
Even multi-storey car parks are going to have to be redesigned to accommodate the fire hazard. Just remember what happened at Luton Airport, the car park collapsed with cars in it. Glad I don't park in our multi-storey car parks anymore.

STORM PIA DO NOT TRAVEL
A "Do not travel" warning has been issued today due to Storm Pia and it has caused travel chaos alongside the Eurotunnel workers taking strike action. Euston station has shut, BA flights are grounded. The Daily Mail reports 80-113mph winds, Evening Standard reported 115mph winds. Trees have come down on houses, cars and petrol stations. Roofs of building have also been blown off.
So far, a shed door and roof has come off its hinges on a temporary shed in my location. It's far too windy to do anything about it.

HAMAS HOSPITALS
A hospital director of a Gazan hospital admits he joined Hamas in 2010, it would be interesting to know whether that was when Hamas gave him the top job at the hospital. He says that there have been at least 100 Hamas hiding under the hospital, not only that but at least 16 of the medical staff at the hospital are members of Hamas. Yet, the media still believe the stats provided by UNRWA, it boggles the mind. Don't think that members of UNRWA/Hamas take the Hippocratic Oath, do you?
Israel reported yesterday that they've taken out 30,000 Hamas "terrorists" to date, and another ceasefire agreement is underway. A ceasefire for a week in exchange for 40 Israeli hostages. Plus there are still 8 Americans being held hostage by Hamas.

WEST SUFFOLK COUNCIL MEETING
West Suffolk Council Meeting engaging with the people. People have to put in a request to speak at a local council meeting. The first lady questioned the fact that the council were going to charge the people for the amount that the council was "scammed". The people say no, that should not be a financial burden upon the people. The second speaker says that practice agreed isn't being implemented.
The council chair didn't like being questioned on Agenda 2030. So basically, you are allowed to speak if they allow the specific questions that you provide prior to being allowed to speak. The questioner was asking the council to read Agenda 2030 instead of just follow the government line.

NHS DOCTOR DREAM
I received a dream this morning of the NHS and hospital doctors, a majority of the doctors in the dream were immigrants and the NHS was in chaos. The state held to ransom, it's a political move by the BMA. Did the BMA tell you that the Labour Party laid off 8,000 doctors last time they were in power? I didn't think so!
No coincidence then that the Daily Mail report that there is another three day strike starting today and then there is another 6 day strike planned by the BMA.
It is atrocious that these junior doctors would even consider striking while there is such a backlog and a huge amount of excess deaths. 50-60 years ago, working in the medical profession in the UK was a vocation and a job for life. Now, medical care is all about the money, hence more strikes while the backlog of operations increases into the millions. One million appointments have been cancelled due to strikes in 2023. Plus at least one A&E has had to close, there may be many more to come due to the BMA and its strikes.

What is the solution? Train our own people and stop treating people like a commodity that can be imported like a product.
I remember when David Cameron was the PM, he told parliament that anyone earning less than £36,000 a year would have to leave the country, that has now been increased to £38,000. The only exception is health care workers, although even those immigrants will have to pass a much stricter English test has requested by the Chief Medical Officer. Why? There was a recent case of two care workers that didn't speak or understand English enough to tell NHS111 what had happened and the elderly woman in their care died due to their lack of comprehension.
More money has to be invested in our people, I remember when the Irish students were saying that they were turned down for nursing training because there wasn't enough places. In Cameron's day he was talking about importing 250,000 nurses from India and has we know some of those nurses brought in dependents too. That is mass migration because the British politicians refused to invest in our own people.
I remember when Cameron said that it cost £11,000 a year to train a nurse and during the austerity years we couldn't afford to train every person that felt compelled train. How short-sighted were the politicians because it costs more in the long run when you have to accommodate whole families to fill the gaps in the NHS. Why so expensive to train? Oh, they do degrees now, instead of learning on the job.
The solution is simple, bring back the matron and train nurses on the wards like they use to be, train has many has we can from the UK. Every retired nurse that I've met agreed that training nurses on the ward is the best way forward. Return to what worked. They could still be given a degree at the end of their training in the hospital setting.
Has far as beds are concerned, in the 80s we had nearly 2/3rds more beds than we have now, on top of a population that has soared. Where is the common sense in that?
How long does it take to see a Neurologist in our area? 8 months.
So what were all those junior doctors doing during the lockdowns while operations and treatments were being cancelled, were they on furlough getting paid 85% of their salaries for sitting on their butts or making dancing videos?
Plus we have 1,000s of experienced locums out of work because GP surgeries are cutting costs due to the increase of all of their costs. GP surgeries have to balance the books too. VAT should be removed from all energy bills, that would help the GP surgeries and all medical staff. It is outrageous that VAT is put upon our natural resources that belong to the people of the UK.
The government has offered the junior doctors 12% pay increase but they're demanding 35%, what planet are they on?
Has far as I'm aware junior doctors don't even get to work with a real patient until they go on the wards. A few doctors shared with me that junior doctors call August the "killing season", has that is when they start work on the wards. His mother complains about the "culture of hatred" amongst young people in America.

EU DUMPS COVID INJECTIONS
Can't call the experimental injections vaccines, because they're not vaccines. Just because something is injected in your arm, doesn't make it a vaccine. The Daily Express report that EU has dumped more than 200M injections - costing the tax payers £3.4BN. Ireland has ditched almost a million doses the report states.

Andrew Bridgen MP arranged for expert scientists and doctors to speak to MPs in parliament on the 4th December, 2023. Richard Vobes shared that Andrew had told him that official cameras were removed so the only film footage of the whole discussion could be captured on mobile phones held by the general public. Also a room meant for 120 people was replaced with a room for 70 people at the last minute. This meant a lot less of the general public could witness the testimonies of this eminent panel of specialists.

BRISTOL AIRPORT CAR FIRE
Another fire at an airport parking lot, this time at Bristol Airport, England. Five cars were completely destroyed with another 11 damaged. Report says the fire started due to an 'accidental ignition', we can be sure that EV's are involved.

MASS DEPORTATION OR CIVIL WAR?

From my perspective it's not just about radicalised Muslims, (they're not all radicalised) it is not about colour or race either. It is about the fact that in the UK the amount of British people living here has decreased to 70%. In Brent 82% of babies born were to foreign nationals, no Brits live there anymore. Although the Muslim brotherhood have had the intention to outbreed the people of the UK.
A new education report has been completed and it found that white working class children that were in the minority in their classes were the most concern for a majority of trusts and teachers. The report carried out by the Department of Education found that "poorer white pupils were hit by a combination of issues linked to deprivation, inter-generational poverty, attitudes and experiences of education and aspirations"
We've known that for years, every education report highlights the plight of the white working class children that are not reaching their potential. In the 50s and 60s, when I was at junior school there were only 11-12 girls in our class. At secondary school it was around 20-21 children in a class and we had one Indian boy in the class. He was very quiet and kept himself to himself.
If the politicians and universities don't take drastic action, sad to say that a civil war is now on the horizon. I tried to warn the Liberal Democrat politicians in 2007 and again, the Conservatives in 2013, it is getting closer now.

ROBERT JENRICK MP RESIGNATION

Food security is essential for the UK and I agree with James that with new technology on British farms, reduction of the air miles from importing food could be reduced greatly. I've been saying that for decades, importing produce makes no sense if you are serious about cutting the carbon footprint and intent on helping the oceans.

RISHI SUNAK LOCKED OUT OF NO10
Divine intervention, the Daily Telegraph have reported that Rishi Sunak was locked out of No 10 alongside the former Dutch PM, Mark Ruttes.
Has we know anti-EU, anti-immigration Geert Wilders won most seats in the Netherlands and now it looks like Rishi Sunak has been given a message to leave by being locked out of No 10.
With Rishi being from an immigrant family himself, he's not against immigration is he? Rishi is also for big pharma, his hedge fund invested $500,000 in Moderna and permission has been granted for Moderna to build a factory in the UK. The same American Moderna that was a spawn of Dr Fauci.

In our local area we don't even have any landfill left, in five years time due to overpopulation. And the local council doesn't know what they're going to do about it.
When politicians make decisions, they just don't think anything through to what could happen as a result of their migration decisions e.g. not enough homes for everyone, not enough landfill, too much sewage, no food security, not enough water, not enough electricity. Not enough medics to serve mass immigration and not enough teachers and school places. Immigrants say just build more homes, hospitals and schools, they don't care if we cover our green pastures with concrete, they don't care if we have less trees, nor do they care about the impact that building infrastructure has on the environment.
The landmass of France is huge in comparison to the UK, yet, proportionally, the UK has more migrants than France. Major food stores say they're feeding 80M, Farmers say they're feeding 100M and if it wasn't for foreign food imports, food grown in the UK would run out on the 11th of August every year. We require massive investment in agriculture for food security for our indigenous people.
It's the end for Rishi Sunak. The Tories have to elect a new leader.

NHS ENGLAND - REJECTED GP REFERRALS
Keeping my finger on the pulse of this situation. NHS England pushes MSK triage system which leads to rejected GP referrals.
NHS England has encouraged use of a triage system for the musculoskeletal (MSK pathway which explicitly allows rejection of GP referrals in a bid to "optimise capacity". New guidance on MSK 'referral optimisation", published last week, pushed the use of advice and guidance, as well as 'referral assessment services', (RAS).
They are rejecting GP referrals for patients to see Orthopaedic consultants to reduce waiting lists, and it is clearly a cost-cutting exercise too. However, patients have been complaining about the MSK pathway for years. Especially the so-called Physiotherapy sub-contractors.
I write this because I care about all patients that are suffering, patients that are not receiving the help that they require from NHS England.
This is an example of real experience in 2022 and 2023.
Case 1
GP refers patient to MSK pathway to find out if an x-ray of the left arm is necessary.
Months later patient given an appointment with a so-called Physio and Muscular & Skeletal Department.
Practitioner gives patient exercise sheets and says he will call in a month for a review appointment.
Patient doesn't hear from the practitioner again. Patient still in pain.
Patient pays privately to see a Chiropractor and the experienced Chiropractor doesn't agree with the diagnosis of the so-called Physiotherapist.
Patient complains to GP surgery about the MSK service, manager of GP surgery requests a letter from the Chiropractor sent to the GP.
Patient makes a complaint to Trading Standards because handing out exercise sheets is not hands on Physiotherapy. Has such, NHS England is in contravention of the law of the land.
Case 2
Patient in severe pain and unable to put any weight on left leg. Patient phones NHS 111. NHS 111 send out community nurse and paramedic the same day. Community nurses say it is a ligament injury and telephones the surgery for a strong pain-killer prescription.
Pharmacy refuses the prescription and tells patient that the manufacturers have stopped manufacturing capsules.
Appointment with GP to get a new prescription, GP referral to in-house Physiotherapist. The so-called physiotherapist doesn't examine the patient, doesn't give a diagnosis for the arm or the leg injury. Hand's out paperwork with exercises.
Case 3
GP refers patient for MRI of the neck. Spur found. Muscular and Skeletal Department, offer a choice of steroid injections, operation or pilates at the so-called Physiotherapy Department. Another sub-contractor that patients have been complaining about for years.
Patient attends Pilates with the intention of improving core muscles. Due to the teacher not taking into account the conditions of individual patients. Two patients in the class were worse off than prior to the class. Teacher takes offence when told the truth. Practitioner throws one of the patients out of the class and says patient has to have one-to-one attention. A few classes later, another patient with a severe back condition leaves the class for the same reasons.
Months later, another appointment with the same sub-contractor. Remember it is supposed to be one-to-one, Physiotherapy. When the patient asks why they aren't receiving any Physiotherapy, practitioner responds, "too many patients and not enough time".
Another line said to patients when they don't receive any Physiotherapy: "We are not allowed to touch you".
Is the MSK triage pathway working for patients? Definitely not. Is the so-called "Physiotherapy" service working for patients? Certainly not.
Case 4
GP refers patient to see Neurologist due to his concerns. Waiting list 8 months.
So what can you do?
Send complaint letters to the following:
NHS England.
Minster for Health, Victoria Atkins MP
Quality Care Commission
Your local MP
Your local Clinical Commissioning Group
Your County Councillors, because Trading Standard Departments are in each County.
The CEO of your local NHS Trust responsible for what is known as secondary care e.g hospitals and outpatients.
BMA, British Medical Association.
National Media.
In fact there was an article in the Daily Mail this week on this specific issue of patients not being provided with the care that they required from the MSK pathway.
What NHS England is doing is kicking the can down the road because physical health conditions don't improve without help. For instance if a sports person has an injury on the field, his physiotherapy therapist attends to the athlete immediately. They also receive Sports Massage Therapy.
Why is immediate help so necessary? The tissues hold onto memory of the injury. A colleague, a fully qualified Aromatherapist, Teacher of Advanced Massage Therapy recommended that anyone involved in a car accident should see a massage therapist within 48 hours if possible, to get the shock out of the body.
Chiropractors also tell patients that people with back issues have suffered from physical trauma. Injuries from decades earlier can manifest later in life. Our physical bodies are far more fragile than most people think or know.
Handing out pieces of papers with exercises on is not going to relieve the physical trauma. It requires deep and intensive work on tissues, muscles, ligaments, tendons and meridians. Lymphatic drainage is also essential that is accomplished via deep tissue massage. Of course, what a person eats and drinks can also have an impact, nutrition is a vital factor in giving the body what it requires to help it recover from any health condition. Different systems in the body require different nutrients at different ages. However, that is a different subject matter that has been covered a lot on this blog in recent years.

VANGELIS 12 o'CLOCK
A friend who passed over in 2013, that's ten years ago. David would appear before my mother to prepare her for a passing. He had known her when they were teenagers and he passed over due to a motorcycle accident. Her first love.
Then during my lifetime he had reincarnated and we became friends prior to him passing over again. A very spiritual man, he loved sailing, charity, healing and our precious planet. We had so much in common, a blessed soul in my heart. When he appeared before me he would come dressed has a monk in a brown robe.

REMOVE TONSILS? NO!
Doctors are calling for more children to have their tonsils removed, they say the surgery reduces behavioural problems.
The tonsils of children should not be removed unless it is absolutely essential. During the 50s and 60s it was fashionable to have children's tonsils removed. I was one of the children that they operated upon.
However, during the Human Genome Project that cost billions in America, it was discovered that cuts in childhood are the cause of skin conditions and allergies.
So although doctors might think they're solving one health condition, they're actually causing many more by operating on a child when it is not essential to do so. The skin of our bodies is a large part of the immune system. Hence, when doctors cut the skin, they're also harming the child's immune system.
Swedish researchers also found that having the tonsils removed in childhood is linked to a greater risk of arthritis. The study involved 7,000 people with the disease, diagnosed between January 2001 and December 2022.

In my experience arthritis is triggered by injury. I received a dog bite in my left hand while at Junior school, at the same age I trod on a broken glass in a river and had to have stitches in my left foot. That's how I came to have the moon under my feet, because I have a scar on my left foot in the shape of the moon. Rev 12.
Then whilst a teenager. the medical profession removed my tonsils. In my mid 20's a rusty nail went into the same palm of the left hand has the dog bite. The two different scars have the initials YW.
Before I was 30, an arthritic bone appeared on the left hand close to the palm. It was only later in life that I was able to put all of the pieces of the jigsaw together and the research from the Human Genome Project definitely helped to comprehend what had happened to my body.

REGENTS PARK LOCKDOWN
Riot police march through Regents Park and put millionaire's row in lockdown after a stand-off with squatters over an anti-Semitic banner draped across the front of the building. The report from the Daily Mail says "police arrested a number of people after the banner was put up this morning."
However, later in the article it says there are people locked into the building and people are locked out from reaching their homes. The building once provided offices for the Princes Trust.
What the article doesn't tell the people reading it, is that there is a large mosque in Regents Park. The mosque is close to the residence of the American Ambassador.
In 2007, CH4 provided a documentary on the mosque titled, "Undercover Mosque", proving that extremist preaching was being carried out at the mosque. In 2011, there was a leak of files that revealed that 35 Guantanamo Bay detainees had been through both the Regents Park mosque and the Finsbury Park mosque.

FOREIGN CARE WORKERS - CORONERS REPORT
"A senior coroner has issued a warning about the inability of foreign health staff to speak English after hearing how carers looking after an elderly woman who died did not know the difference between 'bleeding' and 'breathing'.
The report found that in a 999 call, her two carers - one Romanian and one Indian - were unable to explain to the emergency services what had happened to her, (Barbara Rymell, 91, who suffered from dementia) and did not understand the difference between their patient being 'alive' or 'alert'. Their lack of English 'severely hampered' the call handler's response and made a 'meaningful assessment of her condition virtually impossible', the coroner said.
"The coroner said she did not believe the current English test for foreign workers was appropriate for staff working in a medical setting".
I've met immigrants with work visas that don't speak a word of English. It makes you wonder who interviews people prior to them handing out a a work visa. Politicians and business owners that just think that they can import any staff they require instead of training our people in the UK. Now the chickens are coming home to roost and people are losing their lives due to government immigration policies.

One of the projects that was a success for Maggie Thatcher, was her "Investors in People", campaign, our people, investing in training our people. Her other slogan was "Buy British". She cared about our people and our economy.
Also in the 80s we had nearly 2/3rds more beds than we do now in the NHS. The NHS has shrunk since the days of Maggie and the population has soared by the millions. GP locums are also finding themselves out of work, thousands can't find jobs. Highly qualified professionals that are already living in the UK.
This evening an immigrant had the audacity to tell me that my country isn't mine. Her solution was build more houses and schools. My solution is mass deportations. They don't seem to realise that the more our green pastures are covered with concrete, the more impact it has on the environment. We are already overpopulated and the land has to be able to breathe. Look at the size of France compared to the UK, proportionally we have far more immigrants than France does. It is unsustainable.

Leading academics have denounced an anti-Israeli editorial in the British Medical Journal.
The BMJ doesn't write about the thousands of patients from Gaza (including Hamas terrorists) that have been treated in Israeli hospitals or the amount of Gazan physicians trained in Israeli hospitals.

There have been a lot of "Mystery Dog Illness" YT videos made and in the summer it was first brought to my attention when the Asher House dog rescue had many dogs impacted by it.

It appears to be spreading in America and can be found in many states. When Asher House had a bout of it, they had purchase extra oxygen tents because the veterinary surgeries in Lee's area ran out of space and oxygen tents.
Some research has been carried out by a graduate student, Lawrence Gordon at the University of New Hampshire's Hubbard Center for Genome Studies. "His analysis revealed a small segment of DNA that showed up in 21 out of the 30 samples taken from symptomatic pooches in New Hampshire - a pretty significant proportion".
"The DNA appears to belong to a previously undescribed bacterium, which is most closely related to a strange bacteria that's got a really small genome, called MYCOPLASMA".

Now has far as I'm aware the Pfizer documents lists "Pneumonia mycoplasma" has an adverse event in response to the Pfizer injections. Hence, it begs the question whether the outbreak in America has anything to do with shedding from humans to dogs?
The article from National Geographic doesn't mention whether any of the pet owners received any Covid 19 injections, if the question wasn't asked, then how do they know whether there is a connection?
Were animals injected for Covid 19? Some animals were. One of the companies listed in The Scientist magazine, mentions a veterinary pharmaceutical company Zoetis, being one of those companies. "The company donated 26,000 doses to zoos and animal sanctuaries in 13 countries, including the US and Canada."

How does the mystery illness with the dogs begin? With coughing.
What is given to humans if they have mycoplasma pneumonia? Anti-biotics.
