He was 48 years old and he passed on the 30th June, 2022. The "day of motivation", he was certainly motivated to share the truth with the world. He will always be remembered for his great work and the contribution that he made by all that knew him and his work.

Also far fewer barristers are taking on criminal cases due to the current legal aid system. The justice system is at breaking point.

It's not just barristers, solicitor's are also refusing to work for the legal aid rates being paid by the government. I've been complaining about the drop in the amount of legal aid for a couple of decades, although most people aren't aware of it until they require legal help.
A few years ago I contacted the Law Society when I was looking for a Human Rights lawyer, they provided me with a list of solicitor's. When I approached those listed, all said that they didn't provide a Human Rights lawyer and they didn't provide legal aid either.
I then phoned the Law Society again to update them and to tell them that they have to update their records. They responded that it was up to the solicitors to keep the Law Society updated. Around and around in circles we go.
In the whole county there wasn't a single Human Rights lawyer, nor were any providing legal aid. So then who are all the Human Rights lawyers? If you look at Universities, most students are foreign students and most of those return home to their own countries to fight for Human Rights there. That doesn't help people in the UK, now does it?
In the 90s you could still bring a case against a financial institution on legal aid, today there is no legal aid to help defend you. In the 90s I was fortunate to hire a Corporate Lawyer on legal aid to take legal action against a financial institution and we won the case. During the recession in the UK, some financial consultants were taking advantage of the people and the underwriters were changing the small print in the policies without informing the clients.

Yesterday morning I had a dream of Carl Benjamin, the dream started with the two of us chatting, then Carl had a baby in his arms. After that Carl's wife joined him with either his mother or mother-in-law.
A baby can be symbolic of new life, new beginnings, new project etc. Interesting that three different generations were featured in the dream has scripture mentions three generations and how the deeds of the Fathers impact upon the next three generations.

Petrol is a natural resource, people appreciate that people have to pay for the processing and delivery of the natural, essential resource. However, the British government taking £46 in taxes from a £100 tank of petrol is totally "immoral".

I've watched the price of petrol increase every day, who can justify it or the taxes on it? The government is getting an extra £4.4M every single day.

I bought a mobile sauna-steamer in February 2019 after going to a hotel with a sauna, steam room and swimming pool to celebrate my birthday that year. It has been a wonderful addition to my own health protocol and healing room. It is great having one in your own home to use when one requires it. I put healing oils in the steamer machine that pipes the steam into the sauna.
Dr Rhonda Patrick recommends 20 minutes in the sauna, I built up to about 35 minutes in the sauna. It's great for meditation and preparing for a restful sleep.
Although I should make the time to sauna more often. Getting my puppy in 2021 has taken most of my attention since he arrived. He requires a lot of mental stimulation and time walking. The last time I took a sauna-steamer he tried to jump on my lap and slipped off on the outside of it. I was fortunate that it didn't collapse with me in it. Big smiles.
Dr Rhonda Patrick mentions drinks Kale after the sauna. However, my digestive system doesn't like kale and other leafy green vegetables. I'm OK with salads and herbs in salads. I'm Ok with spinach, broccoli, green beans and peas. So be mindful of your digestive system the older that you get, it does get more sensitive. Has such, it is really important to listen to your body and be body intuitive.
I'm also using an infrared lamp prior to sleep every evening.
Due to a recent accident I've been resting up. This afternoon during sleep state I was travelling to see a buddy. He was in a beautiful American style house with large sweeping stairs and hallway.
The woman in the house looked like an older version of Amber Heard and she was wearing a silver evening dress. I saw one of his son's with him too. Everyone was being very cordial. After our meeting he drove me back to the train station.
Then there was a different scene, I was sitting in an English garden and a former Creative Director was placing a padded gold crown on my head, it took him some time for David to fix it, so that it would stay on my head.

This morning the dream was of a very large garden and a man had been digging over the ground to make way for plants to go into the soil around the circumference of the garden.
