In Classical Mechanics the terminology of VELOCITY is "a fundamental concept of kinematics, the branch of classical mechanics that describes the motions of bodies. Velocity is a physical vector quantity; both magnitude and direction are needed to define it".
In Physics, "the kinetic energy (KE) of an object is the energy that it possesses due to it's motion. The standard unit of kinetic energy is the joule, while the imperial unit of kinetic energy is the foot-pound".
There are different complimentary treatments for different jobs and different systems in the body.

I do have crystal spheres, one is in obsidian and the other is in selenite. I think of them as my male and female crystal spheres. I also had a dream in 2019 of being given a shoebox with an Easter egg sized rock crystal in it, the light was pouring out of the crystal egg.
Although at the start of this year I was gifted with a cosmic ball and I was fully aware of who had gifted it on the spiritual plane. I tried to paint what was put into my hands has a gift.

Interesting that one of my new watch faces cracked today in the sink and I had a dream recently of a young girl with long blonde hair that was in the sink. She had to be removed from the sink and given a bed.
REIKI WATCH
As such it does indicate that there are moves afoot and the cracking of the watch face, indicates I have to wear my other watch. I call my other watch my Reiki watch because it has a lavender leather watch strap and the strap and watch has flowers on it. This year I also had a dream of being bought a watch and I was more interested in safety. After I received that dream we then had the lockdown in the UK.
So I am being shown not to wear metal on my wrist and only wear leather now. Leather also relates to the third anniversary and I had a dream of being sent a cream leather saddle after receiving the dream of the Boots that had to be buckled up.
In November 2019, I was compelled to buy leather gloves, a pair for myself and a pair for a Reiki healer.
I wear those leather gloves everyday I have to go out. I don't touch anything outside of my home without wearing my leather gloves, not even to use a cash machine or to make a payment. Any food I pick up, I pick up with my gloved hands.
I bought a clothes steamer today on-line, I think that is an essential to have for your clothes at this time due to the power of steam and humidity. Viruses don't like humidity and steam, scientifically proven. You can also use the steam machine on any deliveries that you receive.
Can we say full steam ahead, we definitely can with Mars in Aquarius. Saturn is also in Aquarius too and Saturn is the teacher of self-discipline. I'm certainly self-disciplined now with taking my supplements of minerals and enzymes every day. They are absolutely essential in this timeline.
One of the major issues is that "fear" is spreading faster than the "virus" on the planet, so for goodness sake Reiki healers send the power of your love to dissolve the "fear". And everyone take maximum precautions.

Remember when the book of Revelation asked if you are cold or hot? Keep your noses hot, the nose is the coldest part of the body and viruses like it in a cold place in your bodies. I think we have enough scientific evidence now to prove that heat treatment is incredibly powerful to defend your bodies against viruses.
I have recommended that elderly people don't go out into the "cold" and to keep their homes and bodies as hot as they can. It is healthy to sweat it out with a hot curry, and some hot chilli's. It is healthy to eat hot soups, and spicy food in this timeline.
I think it is a good idea to put a hairdryer on your nose, dry up your noses, don't let any viruses live there as soon as you get any cold or flu type symptoms. If you have to go out then make sure your noses and mouths are covered and keep your noses as hot as you can. Also keep your gloves on, don't touch anything outdoors without having your gloves on.
I also recommend a portable home sauna/steamer to use frequently inside your homes. Continue to spray your homes, I'm using Surgical Spirit and lavender, although I also have some sage to burn too.
Break up any negative energy that congregates in the corner of rooms, you can do that with clapping and or a drum. Clear any negative energy from your homes with incense too, I like Nag Champa for doing that.
Keep your fluids high, lots of nutrient soups. My nutrient soup today is Asparagus, Celery and Lemongrass with spring onion, garlic and chives. For dinner I am having fish and zucchini cooked with red onion, basil and oregano with garlic in the oven.
Today, with my cod fish I shall also have some Greek lemon potatoes. You cook the potatoes in olive oil, lemon juice and water and garlic in the oven. Lovely with lime and thyme too.
Interesting that the churches, synagogues and mosques are closed in the UK and that reminds of the Zechariah prophecy, chapter 10. He says his wrath is kindled against the shepherds, and I will visit the goats, for the Lord of Hosts has remembered his flock, the House of Judah, and he has made it his majestic horse in battle. No coincidence then that I was born in the Chinese Year of the Horse and my dad was the youngest Son of Joseph. This year I had a dream of putting on some boots and I had another dream of being sent a cream leather saddle.

Sir James Dyson began business by making parachutes and now the British Dyson company is making ventilators for the national emergency in the UK. It is many years ago now when I was shown a vision of the four directions and in the east I saw a man in a parachute about to land.

I shall make some Coronation Chicken with Indian spices, fresh garlic Greek yogurt, apricot, golden sultana's with lime juice. Served with a cucumber and watercress salad.
Asparagus soup with celery, chives, spring onion, goats milk or coconut milk with lime and lemongrass. Our backs like goats milk, our immune systems like coconut milk. Asparagus is brilliant for the circulation system of the body, celery is excellent for the adrenals, kidneys and liver.

It was the only colour that they had available when I ordered it. It matches the colour of this blog. I also bought a red car in October 2019, and a new red office chair that heats up and massages my body.

We now know that one of the first signs of the coronavirus is red eyes, allergy eyes. It isn't the first time in my life that I've had allergy eyes, as it happens if I eat to much bread with yeast in it. It is the yeast that I am allergic too.
I did have some "allergy" "red eyes" about a month ago and the pharmacy gave me a gel for it. I've also bathed my eyes in "witch hazel" that you can get from the chemist. My eyes are fine now, although we do recommend an eye bath/eye wash on a regular basis.
I have had a seasonal cough, a bit chesty, some sneezing, and I can feel it in the sinus sometimes, although nothing serious, and no fever. So this portable sauna is ideal for this timeline, today I am going to put a few drops of healing oils in the water for the steam.
It feels wonderful like sitting in a hot bath, it is great for bones and joints too, I can highly recommend it for this timeline and to include it into your daily health routine, especially while our country is on lockdown. It really is brilliant for your health.

It is written that the "Hantavirus" spread from "rats to humans" and this is not the first transmission of it. Remember that the "black plague", in the time of Nostradamus was spread by rats.
In the meantime in the UK, Prince Charles and Boris Johnson have tested positive for the virus. They were both at the Commonwealth gathering at Westminister Abbey in London. People are now asking how comes they can get tested so quickly when so many people in the UK can't get tested even in this emergency?

I have to say that sanctions on Russia made Russia work harder, Russia is now the largest exporter of wheat. In the dream a young girl was in the bathroom where I keep my eye wash, as that is what I was given by Spirit to recommend to people for their eyes, an eye wash.
There has been some news today and an alert has been sent out from the American Academy of Opthalmology, it reports that the virus can cause conjunctivitis, which is inflammation of the membrane that lines the eyelid. It can include red eyes and dry eyes.
A nurse from Washington says that all of the patients that she was treating had red eyes and it can be a sign that someone is infected.
About a month ago I was experiencing allergy eyes and the symptoms mentioned by the Opthalmology department. I also noticed blood in my eyes and they weren't blood shot. Hence, it is very important to keep on checking on your eyes.
I went to the Lloyds pharmacy at the time and they gave me a gel for my eye lids etc. I've also bathed my eyes in "witch hazel" and the combination has solved it. I also bath in healing oils and sniff tea-tree oil. I use coconut oil and moisturise my face, I also cook with coconut oil and coconut milk.
I've had a chesty cough and a few sniffles, but I've kept my distance from most people since Christmas. There was only one time that a person with germs came into my home, and he had a high fever with his glands up and the doc told him that he didn't have the virus. After that I sprayed my home with Surgical Spirit, tea-tree and lavender oil.
I've increased my Coq10 from 60mg a day to 200mg a day and I might increase it further. I also take a glycerine Linctus orally, numerous times a day, as the LORD gave me glycerine on the 7th October, 2012. Of course I am also taking ZINC and Vit D too. Zinc is essential for eyes.
Apart from that I ordered a portable sauna/steamer and I am going into it today. We now have more scientific evidence to support the heat treatment to combat viruses. Spirit compelled my first heat treatment with sauna and steamer on the 12th/13th of February. On the 27th of February I was then compelled to book a month of UV treatments and I continued to have treatments until the salon closed last week.
That reminds yours truly of the recent message from Lady Diana "the globalists are depressed". Apparently, Greta is being tested for it. So much for her globetrotting, Harry has had to cancel the Invictus Games too.

On the 24th of March, I received the dream of Jesus floating in a river of blood and during the night while painting he said, "RAPTURE". Interesting that happened on the new moon in Aries and my dad was an Aries, the youngest Son of Joseph. Planetary wise the new moon was in my third house and I have my third house in Pisces. So it makes sense that I received a dream with Jesus in it for the Christians to consider.
A river of blood is significant to the UK because there was a famous speech given by Enoch Powell with that title and it was about immigration. I read yesterday that the mosques are going to have to close over the virus. A friends daughter-in-law works for a blood charity in London, and I've been doing a lot of work on "cancer' in recent years.
We've been discussing respirator face masks on-line and I've been looking at what is available. It was back in November 2011 that I saw an American, Michael M Maudlin and I was shown what looked like a gas mask from WW2, it was like a mask that a child would wear.

When I bought a Tibetan singing bowl in 2019, I didn't think of what I had been given in 2011 or that it could have anything to do with the timing of the current epidemic. My Tibetan singing bowl was made in India, I read yesterday that India have stopped exporting paracetamol to the UK.

The word rapture derives from the Latin word "raptus" and it can mean a "carrying off". Then this morning I had a Jesus dream and in it I was carrying a young English girl to a safer and more comfortable place. She was carried from a sink to a bed.
Some American Christians believe that Christians will be taken up from the earth into the air, to meet the Lord in the air, there are three air signs. This Aquarian carried the young girl in the dream.
So let us look at the Psalms. "Save your people and bless your inheritance; be their shepherd also, and carry them forever". Psalm 28:9
I liked what the Russians said "The coronavirus doesn't invade Russia, Russia invades the coronavirus", that's the Christian Spirit that we like to see in action. Very glad to see that the Russians stepped into help the Italians when the EU didn't.

23rd March, 2020.
Then this morning in dream state I saw Jesus and he was laying down in blood, he was surrounded in it and covered in it, he was floating in it. It was like he was in a river of blood, although he was laying still.
Then I saw a young girl with long blonde hair and she had beautiful eyes, she was covered in a duvet in the bathroom sink. I asked her if she would like to sleep in a bed and she replied, "Yes".
So I picked her up and carried her to the bedroom and put her in my bed, tucked her up in my duvet.
She liked being wrapped up in my bed, she said it was comfortable and she liked the heat of it. It was cosy for the girl.
I then went back to the bathroom and was able to clean my teeth.
In dream interpretation, a dream of Jesus can mean fortitude and consolation in adversity. To dream of blood can be a warning dream to be prepared for a period of hard work against hostile forces.
Although when bathing, if it was a lake it indicates difficulties will pass, in a river, a happy surprise is ahead. A bathroom sink can indicate that news will be coming to do with a friend.
To dream of a bedroom pleasantly furnished indicates a change for the better, to dream of your own bedroom signifies harmony in current affairs.
Brushing my teeth forecasts the clearance of obstacles which have been holding yours truly back. Hence the obstacle in the dream was the young girl that had to be moved out of the uncomfortable place to be in a better and safer place.
Then when I got up, a neighbour came to share his good news.

Alexander says there isn't enough respirators in the UK and Italy. The EU didn't give Italy any help as far as respirators are concerned, the EU didn't send Italy any help to solve the crisis. Italy gave up hope on getting any help from the EU, Italy accepted the offer from Putin and Russia.
You can be sure that Russia will be sending testing kits and respirators, medical staff and scientists. It is obviously in Russia's interest to study the crisis in Italy, to gain more information on it. Russia have the resources and are sending resources to Italy to help the Italians.
Alex says that that EU are still inviting more immigrants. Greece is locking down on Monday, the Greek government have told the Greeks, "This is war". Alex says that the Italians are not likely to forgive the EU for it's inaction. The EU didn't even send the Italians test kits and respirators, nor did they instruct for all external borders of Europe to be closed.
France is threatening Boris Johnson, that if he doesn't do more to stop the spread of it, France will close the borders with the UK.

We often find ourselves giving far more loving support to others than they give in return. Hence we have to protect our soft hearts and lives or we can become completely drained by giving too much of ourselves and our energy to others.

All you have to do is pick up the phone and tell someone that you love them and that you care fully for them.
Gemini loves to talk and interact with others, it is a very sociable sign and I think a lot of people will be calling each other and chatting, just to let others know that they're not alone and that your loved ones really do care about you.
Remember that Venus is the planet of love and I anticipate a lot of huddling together, comforting each other through this difficult time for humanity. Finally, a neighbour and I managed to put the portable sauna together yesterday, so I had my first sauna and it was wonderful. It felt like being in a hot bath without the water.
