Tommy's case was dismissed by the District Judge at Westminster Magistrates court. The Magistrates blog has featured a blogpost on why the police were beaten with the truth.
Tommy is within his legal rights to seek compensation for the "unlawful arrest" and "harassment" that which he suffered in the hands of the police. Sadly, "unlawful arrests", are nor rare, they are quite common. It is the Met police force and CPS that must get its own house in order.
This case they brought against Tommy Robinson has made the Met police and CPS a laughing stock. If we cannot rely on the police or CPS to stand in integrity, then the way is to keep on suing them until they do so. Although police and CPS involved in this case should resign, if not sack them, they themselves are not above the law, they must be held accountable.
Also there has to be an end to two-tier pier policing. I watched the London rally today, how the police created a blockade in Whitehall to stop people walking freely up and down Whitehall. It was clear provocation from the Met Police. There were people coming from Trafalgar Square to meet up with people that arrived from Waterloo and neither group could walk on Whitehall to meet with each other.

A livestream of the parliamentary debate on the Carer's Allowance following an E-petition due to Carer's being penalised by DWP. In the UK, pensioners aren't even allowed to claim a Carer's allowance.
I know a pensioner that looks after her disabled son 24/7 because he didn't want to live in a residential home anymore. She's been looking after since him turned 21 and he is now 36 years old, he wasn't even receiving PIP until 2023, although she had tried many times to get DWP to consider his case. His mother has saved social services a huge amount by him not being put in residential care.
In 2024/25, Carer's allowance is worth £81.90 a week, not a lot for 24.7 care. Carer's Allowance is a payment to people for caring "regularly and substantially' for a person who receives a qualifying disability benefit. It is an "income replacement benefit", designed to provide financial support who give up the chance to work full-time in order to provide care.
The Government's response - given on 23rd October, 2023 - stated that Carer's Allowance was a "benefit that provides some financial recognition that a carer may not be able to work full-time", and was part of "a range of support based on individual needs, rather than a wage". It said the Government fully recognised the "invaluable contribution" and "vital role" of unpaid and family carers.
My own mother was a carer for her mother and her aunt, there were no carer's allowance in those days, in fact, it was introduced in 1976. Not only that but she also cared for my dad after he had been diagnosed with cancer, has far as I'm aware she didn't receive any carer's allowance for looking after dad either. He passed over at age 57 in the 80s, not only that but they didn't receive any of his pension either. Even though he started work at age 13, and was a high earner and high tax payer.
There is going to be a select committee on this matter later in the week and a Carer's Strategy is required and all parties agree.
It was found in court today that the Met Police "falsified evidence" in the case against Tommy Robinson.
Tommy says that every action that the police took against him was "unlawful" and in the law of the land that constitutes an "unlawful arrest". Tommy says the court case will probably go on until tomorrow.
People that were in court with Tommy today, reported that the MSM journalists were slamming their laptops shut after hearing the evidence against the Met police force. The Sky News reported even left their water bottle behind. None of the MSM were outside the court when Tommy came out of the court. Although there were plenty of citizen journalists, including some from Wales.
The citizen journalists view this as a very important case for them, because if the police were to get away with what they've done to Tommy, it could then impact on all other citizen journalists that make a living from journalism. It is being viewed as a landmark case. Also bear in mind that Tommy Robinson and Julian Assange are the only two people that haven't had a jury.

Tommy's barrister said to the Police Inspector, "This document is not correct is it?. Can we have any confidence that there was a lawful order in place?" The inspector replied, "No". The general public that sat through the day's hearing said it was "farcical".

Health Secretary, Victoria Atkin's statement in parliament on the independent Dr Cass Report on gender identity ideology. Whistleblowers came forward to defend the young ones, Victoria says that the gender identity ideology is is a myth. The British Medical Journal interview Dr Hilary Cass, Dr Cass has chaired the Independent Review into Gender Services for Children and Young People. The Cass review. Her recommendations will change how care for young people is carried out. She says that "Medication is binary, but gender expressions are often not".
The fact is that a child's brain isn't fully developed until they are 25 years old, as such, IMHV, no life changing decision should be made prior to that age. It doesn't help that the gender identity ideology is being promoted in schools and on-line.
Bear in mind that 12-13 year olds have been put on puberty blockers and that can arrest the development of their brains. In fact, all pharmaceuticals impact on the brain.
Dr Cass says there is no evidence to support that the youngsters were feeling any better after taking the puberty blockers.
Puberty blockers have been in use since the 80s and the FDA approved their use in the early 90s. It makes you wonder what evidence the FDA looked at prior to giving their approval. They're now banned in some states in the U.S.
The concerns of Dr Cass include the possibility that youngsters will turn to the private sector for puberty blockers etc. Whereas she would like to make sure that they receive holistic care that is monitored.
During the recent court case against Dr Reiner Fuellmich, a whistleblower sent a secret service dossier to Reiner's defence team. The dossier shows that the German government were on his case prior to starting the Corona Committee. Reiner is a trial lawyer and he had previously won legal cases against Volkswagen and Deutsche Bank.
The German government's intent was to stop him from ever taking political office. The dossier proves a construct to shut him up and put him behind bars. Clearly, they were afraid of his integrity and forthrightness.
Reiner and his lawyer are confident that his name has been cleared, although the case will be going into May. After the dream I received a phone call from a man that sells refurbished and second hand washing machines, he sent me pics of a Bosche that looks brand new, although it is an older model. Previously, I purchased from the same shop in 1979, we bought our first second hand cooker from him. One can purchase some great secondhand kitchen appliances from people that refurbish and resell.

My Bush washing machine lasted 9 years prior to arriving at the point of requiring a replacement, although now I wish I had it refurbished instead of buying a new machine.
The new machine that I purchased was a Hotpoint, Curry's said that it was easy to use and economical to run. I bought it on the 5th and had it returned on the 9th of April.
The first small wash for the machine test ran all night long and was still running when I woke up in the morning. At 1pm the next day after I managed to get it open, the clothes were still sopping wet. So I tried a drain and spin, the machine didn't stop until 7pm that evening, the clothes were still wet and it had an error message h20 on the machine. So turned it off at the mains and went to the store to complain about the washing machine.
What's up with all of these machines? New technology, far too much technology, far too many programmes that aren't necessary to implement a task as simple has washing clothes. Why change machinery if it is working perfectly well?
All the manufacturers are the same, too much technology. Not only that but they've changed the whole system, no longer do you have a hot water pipe with water coming from the boiler. Washes can take 3-4 hours, when most people require a quick wash. How on earth can washing clothes for 3-4 hours be economical? It still requires electricity to run the machine.
So I now have to find a machine that I can operate effectively.
Which have carried out reviews on all of the major brands if you would like to review them on how much they cost to run per year.
Whoever carried out the industrial design of all the new machines, clearly didn't take into account that elderly people and the disabled would have to be able to use these machines.
Everyone that I've spoken too locally have said that they don't use any of the vast amount of programmes that take hours, they all said that they only use the 30 and 40 minute washes.
When and where was the consultation with the general public about changing the system of washing machines to suit the green agenda? The green deal that the EU is now saying it can't afford?

Last night as I was dosing off to sleep I was given the name David Jones, has clear as a bell.
Then in this morning's news, there has been another terrible attack, this time in a shopping mall in Sydney, six killed and 8 injured. Apparently, the man carrying the knife was known to the police.
David Jones was a Welsh merchant and future politician, he emigrated to Australia and founded David Jones, it is the oldest continuously operating department store in the world still trading under its original name. David Jones first opened its doors in 1838. Hence, it is a very significant name in retail in Australia.
The attack happened at the Bondi Junction shopping mall and in this Daily Mail article, it features a tweet sharing that people were hiding in the David Jones store.
Condolences to friends and families of loved ones, love and healing also to the injured that are receiving medical care.

The European Court of Human Rights has gone rogue, the ECHR condemns Switzerland for not fulfilling EU dictates on climate change. The EU was originally a partnership of members, sadly, it went rogue.
It has been proven by scientists that there is no climate emergency. If I was Switzerland, I'd leave the EU. The UK, also has to leave the ECHR, we can't have a rogue court or any organisation telling our country what to do. The role of government is to protect its own citizens.

The Swiss say that the Human Right courts job is to dispense justice not make policy. Although it is made clear that the ECHR is making the climate agenda a human right issue.
So what about the Human Rights of all of the people that don't agree with the ECHR, and the WEF agenda to remove 30% of our farmers from our farmland by 2030?
Food is a Human Right, Dissent is also a Human Right in international law. I do not consent to farmers being removed from their land, I do not consent to any climate or green agenda to fill the pockets of billionaires. I do not consent to the ECHR having any say over what action we take in England either.

There is a new Independent standing in Gloucestershire, his name is Matthew Randolph. He asked the people to support him in raising £5,000 so that he could put his name on the ballot and the general public sent him more than he required, that is fantastic support from the people and their good will.
Hence, the people of Gloucester have an important choice to make, select the man that will do the best job for you, a man that is beyond any party affiliations, vote Independent and Matthew Randolph. You can vote on the 2nd May, ID is required if you vote at the Polling Station.

Farmer's Weekly, speak to the Herefordshire farmer, John Price. John Price was imprisoned on the charge of causing damage to a protected river.
In this interview he defends his actions, insisting they helped prevent flooding to local properties and land. After the flooding from Storm Dennis in February 2020, John Price did some river works in November 2020 to reduce the risk of further flooding to homes.
It's outrageous what they did to this farmer. Apparently, they put him in jail for 12months, and it cost him 1.3M.

The red card system means that any councillor can leave the room if they feel distressed or alarmed, they have been provided with a safe space to receive advice on grounding techniques, breathing exercises and have a drink of water.
In response Tory Cllr Holden said "If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen". "The council isn't fit for purpose. They're fragile and have lost their way. This is so unnecessary".
It's up to the people to vote out those that are not up for the job. Make sure you know who you are voting for, don't just vote for a party allegiance. Do some research on the candidates and choose the best man or woman for the job because it is often the case that people vote for the party candidate, rather than the individual that can do the job effectively in the best interests of the constituency.
