SOLAR STORM
Ben from SO shares about the Solar Storm and a lot more, the connection between the sun and tornado's is interesting.
Ben says it's mild space weather. However, a second giant hole 20 times larger than planet Earth has ripped through the surface of the sun and it is unleashing 1.8mph solar winds toward our planet the Daily Mail report. ECZEMA HISTAMINE INTOLERANCE?

CYCLING HARMS PELVIC FLOOR
I had an accident on a bicycle while I was on my honeymoon and a huge deep bruise on my stomach due to it. At age 25, it was very painful indeed, due to the handle bars going into my stomach while riding in countryside on a Greek Island. I didn't get on a bicycle again unless I was working out in the gym and I never found it comfortable to ride a bike.
Is that because I am one of the women that has a backward leaning womb, the uterus tilts backward. It's otherwise known as a "Tipped Uterus". When the medical profession told me about my anatomy in my 20s, I recollect being told that 25% of women have the same has I do.
Has we know, the government has decided that everyone should take a bus, walk, or cycle in your new 15 minute cities and millions are being spent by every council in the land putting in cycle paths on what was once our roads. While there are dangerous pot holes everywhere that aren't only dangerous to car drivers, but for cyclists too.
In some areas roads and streets are even being replaced with pedestrian walkways at huge cost to the local residents. Have you noticed that your council tax bill is going up yet again?
What they haven't told you is how cycling can harm your physical body, your pelvic floor, muscles and nervous system. Cycling can cause nerve damage and trauma to the pelvic structure.

Whether people like it or not, cycling is unnatural for the human body, the body that does its best to live in the 21st century environment wasn't built for cycling. Also intensive exercise increases uric acid levels, when medics are trying to get people to keep their uric acid levels down. Be kind to your bodies and your bodies will be kind to you.

GLASTONBURY TOWN COUNCIL

SILICON VALLEY BANK BUSTED
Has the saying goes, "go woke, go broke", Breitbart Media sub-headline "Go Woke, Go Bust". "Oh so woke, oh so green, oh so diverse Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) went bust this week".
It hasn't only impacted upon American companies, it has also impacted upon UK and EU lenders and it goes into billions. It does make one wonder how many Ai companies were with that San Francisco bank.
Of course their London branch has also gone down. SVB was the 16th largest bank in America.
BREITBART also report that SVB had 50% of its assets invested in bonds and Biden's inflation is being pointed at has one of the culprits. Another factor was "venture capitalists this week began advising their portfolio companies to diversify away from SVB".
SVB were funding a majority of the tech start-ups, so it begs the question how many of those companies were involved in Ai? Ai is a major threat to humanities existence has perfectly explained by Elon Musk and Dr Jordan Peterson.

VENUS IN TAURUS TRANSIT
Venus moves into Taurus on the 16th March until the 11th April, 2023. Taurus loves its home life and making a lovely home, a good time for spring cleaning, love your home and it loves you right back. My home is my sanctuary, it was the same for my parents, they created a lovely family home for us to enjoy. It was their sanctuary. I think my mother had strong Taurus in her birth chart, her home meant so much to her. Everything was perfect and had it's place.
I always like the Venus transits. I have Taurus in the 4th and 5th Houses in my chart. On the 7th March, Saturn also moved into Pisces. I always view Pisces aligned with Christians due to the fish symbology.

I've been sharing for years the importance of eating nuts and seeds. Today, the Daily Telegraph have featured a new study of 7,000 people. Walnuts always remind me of a brain. Almonds look like almond shaped eyes.
Dr Mosley said, "A five-year Spanish intervention study, involving 7,000 older adults, found that the group who were asked to eat nuts more than three times a week were over 40 percent less chance of dying from cancer. And that was after controlling for other lifestyle factors like alcohol consumption, physical activity and smoking. Those are big numbers".
In fact, research shows that the small foods can reduce your risk of a whole host of problems, including cancer, diabetes and heart disease.

My son has always liked eating nuts and at my age, I ground up my nuts and sprinkle them on yogurt in the mornings for breakfast. I like ground almond, hazelnuts, walnuts, all types of nuts but those are the ones that I eat the most. Sometimes I cook a chicken sate with peanuts, walnut and coffee cake is also one of my favourites. Although I don't bake a cake very often, unless there is a celebration of some kind and I have friends to share it with.
I've cooked meatballs and homemade burgers with ground walnuts in the last week. Not only that, I also sprinkle a little on my dogs meal sometimes. Today, there is news that his artistry has been a success for a 2nd time in London. The prints from his paintings sold very quickly at Castle Galleries in Covent Garden, London.
His next project is directing a film about an Italian painter and sculptor Modigliani.

ISABELL OAKESHOTT 100,000 WHATSAPP MESSAGES
Journalist, Isabell Oakeshott was hired has a ghostwriter for Matt Hancock, she was commissioned to co-author the book titled "Pandemic Diaries", a memoir of his time has a cabinet minister in the British government.
Matt Hancock handed over 100,000 WhatsApp text messages to Isabell and now they've been leaked to the media in recent days by the journalist.
Today's leak includes Matt Hancock writing 'brilliant' in response to people being arrested at the airport during the lockdowns that are illegal in international law. The Daily Mail report that Matt Hancock and Priti Patel shared stories of heavy-handed police crackdowns with childlike excitement on WhatsApp.
Isabell said, "Its not my job to protect reputations of politicians. It is my job to expose what they do".
