"Paxton filed the lawsuit this past week, eight months after announcing he was investigating Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson and Johnson for potentially lying to the public about the success of their respective Covid-19 vaccines. Paxton's lawsuit alleges that Pfizer violated the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, claiming that Pfizer "engaged in false, deceptive and misleading acts and practices by making unsupported claims."
