TREATMENT FOUND COVID 19

We know that a lot of the elderly are deficient in iron and iron has an important function in Hemoglobin. When I was looking at a female health case in 2016, I discovered that the iron that women require during and after menopause is nearly 2/3rds more than they required prior to menopause.

HEMOGLOBIN and FUNCTIONS of IRON

This video explains the importance of iron due to the attack from the Coronavirus on hemoglobin. The video includes information on what foods and supplements are appropriate to defend your bodies. I'm surprised it doesn't include the enzyme Coq10 as that puts oxygen into the cells and so does Reiki healing. Dr James Meschino has provided some great articles on his website on CoQ10.

Of course I agree with Parsley mentioned in this video, Watercress is another food that puts oxygen into the cells.

One of the foods that I recommend for increasing iron is tapioca balls, it has a high % of iron, it is gluten free. Children and the elderly love a milk pudding. Tapioca was my favourite when I was a child. Although for years I couldn't find any in food stores, so I ordered it on-line prior to lockdown.

I also eat lambs liver and chicken livers each month specifically for iron content. This weekend I had homemade chicken liver pate with brandy and thyme in it. I've also been eating green olive humous aubergine and chicken. I've been eating cherries too as my cardiovascular system likes cherries.
