Following an attack on a Jewish neighbourhood and Kosher grocery shop in New York, President Trump has signed an executive order that will Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act to apply to anti-Semitic acts. This will impact upon American colleges that promote "anti-Semitism".
In the recent Jersey City shooting three civilians, a police officer and two suspects were killed.
