It's selection of people. In this mornings dream I had to make a choice between two people, two business men from two different industries. One of the men made a bigger impression when he presented himself before me and he was selected, he was more impressive. He really put the effort into impress me, although I am not easily impressed.
I've known both of these men in our social circle that was, one as a friend, and one as a work colleague, and the man that I selected in the dream was the most compassionate man. A man that was compassionate, and supportive during a bereavement.

The timeline of choices being made can be found in the biblical texts and in the book of Romans, it mentions God's Sovereign Choice: "For not all who are descended from Israel are Israel". Romans 9:6 "A man is not a Jew because he is one outwardly, nor is circumcision, only outward and physical". Romans 2:28.
