Start gentle and increase your swing and you will notice a difference to your bodies within days.
Great for shifting your energy, and energy follows thought, so make sure you think positively about who your kicking with pure intention of course, - choose the receiver carefully, visualise the person, whose backside will receive it. Have fun with it, and let's see what happens.
