NHS 8,139 'Deaths and Suicides'

Liberal Democrats obtained Freedom of Information data from NHS England that shows that there have been 8,139 serious incidents in the care of 58 mental health trusts for 2014-2015. Unexpected 'deaths and suicides'.

You can't trust your children in the hands of the NHS as it stands. Two trusts didn't provide any information for 2012-2013 either.
