I remember asking a woman in Aberdeen when she was leaving Scotland, did she heed the words of the righteous? How many warnings do we have to deliver before people take note and act upon it? How many times do people have to be given the SOS that was first called in 2004, prior to the Asian disaster on Boxing Day? Again Boxing Day floods that haven't stopped on these Islands.
