Interesting that the word "companion" is connected with embroidery in the scriptures. So think about the times that you either did embroidery, or wore embroidery and who you met at those times in your life. I would sit for hours sewing, so much patience for one so young, I was in my own little world of peacefulness and tranquility.
"In embroidered garments she is led to the king; her virgin companions follow her - those brought to be with her". It reminds me of my three little bridesmaids, they were so cute. Psalm 45:7 Although I have always liked wearing embroidery and have worn it many times during my life. It's also important to recognise when and how it began, as many doctors and physiotherapists will tell you to get more exercise. You should see their faces when you tell the medics that you were in the gym at the time doing floor exercises and that you also danced and swam on a regular basis. As it indicates a person that has always been into exercising the body, and all things in moderation, as you are not meant to overwork the body or you will wear it out.
So for instance I don't agree with the over 50's walking nine miles a day, you are wearing out your bodies people. Interesting that joggers had to have knee replacements at a young age, no, you are not meant to jog and jolt your body like that.
I did have chiropractic treatment when I first had a trapped nerve in 2002. However, that chiropractor also said that I had a degenerative muscular and skeletal condition. My GP didn't agree with the chiropractor.
I continued with the chiropractic treatments for as long as I could afford to do, with other complimentary medicine and healing treatments to include Reiki and Alexander Technique. I have to say, that the Alexander Technique therapist was fantastic, and Alexander Technique kept me mobile for a long time. Although I have had some coccyx issues since I gave birth to my son, I felt it twinge, if I lifted anything too heavy, or walked too far.
However, when I had a serious fall in the bath on the coccyx in 2009, that is when things really got seriously painful and at that time my hip joints kept on locking up. Hard to believe that was nearly a decade ago, time goes so fast.
John says that the back can regenerate, although the only improvements seen on the x-rays between 2002-2010, was an increase in the jelly nutrients between the discs in my case. It doesn't help that I have one leg slightly shorter than the other leg either or that I have shrunk two inches in height during the menopause. Some also say that I've become flat footed, other's have said, I am only partially flat-footed, so partially, is better than all.
After the menopause, a beautiful young man bought me this inversion table, and within six weeks of doing partial inversion, at least twice a day, the sciatica stopped. If and when the sciatica returns, I get back on the table for more inversion, and I do my best to keep an eye on my posture, and to improve it. I can't sit or stand in any position for very long, I have to keep on giving movement and rest to my body.
Now it's not just about the structure is it, you also have to be concerned about the muscles, ligaments and tendons that support the structure. I support the cardiovascular system with regular treatments with a superb clinical sports massage therapist, (every six-eight weeks) that has helped to identify which muscles are suffering the most. That helps me to identify what stretching exercises are necessary. Stretching exercises that I can do at home. The therapist also works on my lymphatic system and that is another essential.
What else is required, nutrient boosters in your food, and sometimes you have to take a supplement too. In fact, I have three supplements to take for different systems in the body, in addition to my nutrition in food specifically for the systems of the body that I am currently working with.
It's been a fascinating journey and I have made huge progress with the restoration of my body. I can't say that I have much time for the medics, they give you a diagnosis, but no treatment in England. The medics are great if you require surgery, they don't have anything to offer, if you don't. Of course some people are offered injections, I wouldn't take any of that. They're not injecting my spine.
It's also a good job that I have been so involved in health for 30 years, otherwise, goodness knows where I would be now. I would have probably left the planet by now. Thank goodness that I became a healer and complimentary medicine therapist and embrace what I do with an open heart and mind. Although it was incredibly tough at times, trying to balance everything in my life.

It's snowing today again, so meetings are being cancelled, and people are snowed in. The first order for food delivery was next Sunday. Good job, I'm stocked up with essential nutrients that my body requires. Although, I usually have most food and household items delivered, as I don't have a vehicle to transport it and can't carry anything that is heavy. I'm not as young as I used to be, although still young in my heart. So far, I am healthier than my mother was at my age, and outlived my dad.

In the last year, I have felt more positive about the health situation, more positive than I have for years. I have the appropriate solutions, I just have to keep on it and keep on sharing the breakthroughs, it's worthy to be shared. The nutrient aspect of this has been truly cosmic and I am looking forward to getting back into the healing garden this year.
Although I still live reclusively, it's my time for nurturing me and just living in my peace. Also remember that if you work really hard during your life, your body does pay a price for that. It's not good to overwork the body during your working years, the body must have rest and time to recuperate.
Apparently Streisand had her dog cloned, when there are plenty of dogs to rescue. Perhaps she would like to clone all the economic migrants too so that they can vote for the Liberal Democrats.

So how does this relate to my life, the plan is to make my lounge into an art studio for the next phase of my life, and I think the dream is significant in highlighting that lighting is going to be crucial to the success of the restorations.
As it is important to be able to photograph your artwork to get the best out of it. At this time, I am only able to photograph artwork with the computer, and I can only do that in the morning when there is sufficient light. Although I will also be able to scan small artworks with a scanner connected to the computer once the technology has been sorted.

I am hoping that once the studio comes to be, I will be able to venture into painting larger artworks, and when that happens I would have to be able to photograph them.
So we will see what the LORD has planned for yours truly, as I am just going with the flow of the painting that began in the summer of 2012. Sometimes the paintings look so different when they are reduced in size like this, sometimes I see so much more than when I hold the painting in my hands.

John is a great name isn't it, my first bosses in the creative industry in London, had the biblical name of John. John Collins was English, and John McCormick was an American.
We also had a hairdressers around the corner, called Michael John, and I used to be a model for them in my younger years. Funny, that the hairdressers in London would refuse to cut my long hair off, if I asked them too. Although they did like to curl it. I have a godfather with the name of John too.
The next time a man appears in a dream, I will have to ask him his name.

Last night I felt compelled to paint for the incoming Jewish holiday of PURIM and then at dawn I had a dream that included forgiveness and healing of the male energy. I hope that you like the painting, it is in four colours, red, yellow, white and gold.
PURIM
The colours signify passion that is as hot as Elijah's fire, purity of intention, creative expansion, and Christ consciousness. As we know, biblically, PURIM was anointed for a special reason, never underestimate the passion of a woman to save her people. Or the lengths that she will go to defend her people when it is an absolute necessity, divinely charged in divine providence.
Sometimes mothers have to defend our children in the best way that mothers know how, sometimes that can even mean going to court to defend our children when they are very young. Legally, scientifically, and peacefully. Sometimes, mothers have to defend other people's children, the best way that we know how.
Last night prior to painting; I received a phone call from a young man, that requires help to stay strong in his current circumstances. Strengthen our young people, keep our young people strong in heart and mind. Help our people to keep on trying, to never give up, to continue to attain their freedom. I thought about giving him this Purim 2018 painting if he likes it.

If you go to Greece, the church men are dripping in gold, so heavy, most people couldn't carry it. At the same time, Greek mothers have had to give their children to the church charites because they can't afford to support their own children due to what has happened in Greece economically. So what recipes can include those colours this purim. I've thought about making some stuffed peppers and I think they would be great with some red lentils and corn. I have some chick peas for making some humous and I really like butter beans cooked in herbs and tomatoes.
In the fridge I have some marinated herring, smoked mackerel and a little smoked salmon for a salad with some spicy coleslaw. I could make some potato salad to go with it and I also have a selection of cheeses to include cream cheese.
I have some pastry to make a selection of pastries, sweet and savoury, fruit wise, I have some apples, oranges and lemons. I'm trying to eat up what is in the fridge and freezer, prior to buying more fresh food. Doing my best to be economical. The fish and seafood cooked in tomatoes was lovely the other day too, I could definitely eat that again this week.
Awake very early today, as I had a dream of an ex-partner. In the dream he was having an orgasm, I could only see his head, and his eyes were rolling with the orgasm. I began to talk to him about forgiveness, and I was really in my power and speaking strongly to him. Then I was determined to give him healing, and placed my hands on his heart.
Sometimes ex-partners can come to you in dream state for healing. The last time that I saw that man in altered state was in the 90's. This dream tells me that he is probably having some heart issues and forgiveness is powerful for the healing of the heart, especially when it is hands-on.

The fact that I was so willing to communicate to him about forgiveness, and so determined to give him healing, is an excellent sign for healing relationships. Sometimes we don't always choose relationships for the right reasons, so both parties have to take responsibility for the choices that are made. It's crucial that people listen to their intuition in relationships and not fight against it - because the soul does it's utmost to warn you in advance if and when you are in any danger.
When we are young, it is often the case that we are not aware of our own strength that can both attract and repel weaker souls. The dream also indicates that I am his healer, on many different levels of existence and that is often the case in relationships, souls that are suffering, are attracted to healed souls to help them to heal their lives.
Men are also attracted to receive healing from women, and remember that even Jesus received healing from the women that lived in his spiritual community. A great supporter of the female healers in the healing community.
Forgiveness is a major key to the healing process of personal relationships, and the greatest teacher of forgiveness in my life has been Jesus. He helped yours truly to forgive so much that happened during my life, he kept me true to the divine every step of the way. His love is so incredibly powerful, beyond measure, it's HOT when he showers you with his love, just like it is now as I write this in response to the dream.
Forgiveness is so important in healing; it's amazing how much your energy changes, when you can implement it into your life. In that bust of Jesus found in the excavations on the borders of modern-day Afghanistan, you will see the little buddhist bun on his head. Once upon a time, there was a grand ancient Greco-Buddhist city in that location. That bust is such an accurate depiction of Jesus to whom I am truly grateful for his divine interventions in my life and journey. He taught me so much about the healing and ascent of the soul so that it can merge with the Spirit.

On the 20th of February, I PM'd a Canadian who has a German Shepherd dog, to share that I had seen the image of a German Shepherd dog in my bathroom window during the evening of the 19th of February, 2018.
Interesting that today there is news of what has happened to Katie Price's dog, Queenie.
I was in the process of looking and pricing some paint for decorating, and suddenly, I could hear the Sade song, "Sweetest Taboo". A great song from Sade.
I have to be in the mood for decorating and restoration, and I can't do all the things that I used to be able to do when this song first came out. Once I started, I didn't stop until it was completed, then I was pleased with myself. Although sometimes I had to get the decorators in to help out, as sometimes it was a huge endeavour. With serious restoration the builders had to come in, I had plenty of jobs for the builders.
Just think of all those chemicals in paint and the impact on your body and it's flora when you breathe it in. When dad was decorating, he would open all of the windows, and when he had finished he would cut an onion and put it in the room to soak up the fumes from the paint. So I did what he did when decorating too.

I like Stroud, in Gloucestershire, it's a lovely peaceful location in nature.
Once you've lived a peaceful reclusive life, why would anyone be willing to give it up. As I shared with my students in 2004, neither fame or fortune is worth the sanctity and privacy of my life and that is why I renounced it during the Rev 12 timeline.

Although we would save up for holidays, when we could afford to save. We were also taught to save and put something by for a rainy day. In the 70's, and 80's people could afford to save, as they could earn more than the cost of the standard of living. However, that all changed with immigration and the EU plan to make the poor, poorer. So how does it feel America to even think about the fact that Billy Graham amassed and hoarded at least $25M, it's obscene isn't it! That a pastor would hoard such wealth and so many of those American churches have charity status, and that saves them a fortune in taxes upon their wealth.
You know what the scripture says, remember what Jesus the Jew said about the rich man and the kingdom of heaven.
It is written that they are burying him with a bible, a book won't save his soul. Billy Graham is a perfect example of how not to do it. You are not meant to hoard wealth to the extreme that he did.
As such, he will suffer the consequences. For there are consequences; and as we know the deeds of the Fathers impact upon the next 2-3 generations of children. That is cosmic law, the spiritual law, the law of the prophets.
I have read that young people are leaving Facebook etc in droves. However, it isn't just the social media platforms that is unhealthy for children. It's a lot more than that, as the technology required to access the social media platforms is also unhealthy for children and adults.
So parents, did you give your child a mobile phone that creates brain tumours. Ponder upon it.
The only reason why I purchased a mobile phone initially was for emergencies, while travelling up and down the country in the car. At least from the car, if I required any help, I could pull into a lay-by and call the emergency services.
Or contact the location where I was going. I didn't get a mobile for everyday use, nor did I purchase a mobile phone for my son either. Responsibility is with the parents, not the news outlets. Do you censor your child from reading a newspaper, or watching television late at night.
In the UK, some programmes were only allowed to be aired after the children's bedtime. The same with films, there is a reason why films have a grading, so that parents know what films are suitable for children, and what films are not in advance of taking children to the cinema.
However, it is not just children that are impacted upon by social media, adults have also been known to commit suicide due to the cyber-bullying, that has been allowed to continue. As we know most of those social media platforms are owned by and run by Americans, Americans like to be in control.
Parents have to take their power back from the Americans, and protect their children from the American on-line realities that are impacting upon the health of humanity in an adverse way.
However, that doesn't stop the "bullying" in schools does it, that has happened for as long as schools have existed. I heard a story the other day, about children that are being transgendered as a "bullying tactic". That is outrageous, and a consequence of the "transgender agenda".
The medics are in trouble again due to a release of a study that the national media picked up, now it's being removed from the BMJ, due to it including a picture of the patients buttocks. Goodness gracious me.
Go to tropical locations, and your bodies are susceptible to tropical diseases. That's something to think about prior to going to tropical locations, or taking your children to those locations.
When my son was young, I would only take him abroad on holiday to the most hygienic countries and locations in Europe. My son's health was my priority when booking a holiday and what about your own health.

I don't think that the British government have thought it through to the medium to long term; the more foreign medics there are the more vulnerable the NHS and the patients have become.
As those doctors can decide to go home to their own or other countries at any time. Doctors do consider their own families and where most of their prosperity will come from. With the new doctors contracts in England, England is not such a good offer as other countries. Another reason why the NHS is finding it hard to recruit doctors and nurses.
I did read that 47% of medics working in the UK, weren't even trained in the UK. In some departments they don't even speak proper English. Someone commented that doctors don't do home visits, they did in the 60's, 70's, and 80's.
The last time that an English doctor visited us at home was in 1983, due to the fact that my son had Croup, it's a virus condition that impacts on the airways of the child. It can be dangerous for the child, so you have to get medical treatment urgently.
In very serious cases the child has to go into an oxygen tent in hospital. So young mums should definitely be made aware of the possibility, and act quickly when it happens. So where did my son pick up that virus, he must have picked it up at nursery. Infections spread quickly when children go to nursery and school, so keep your children at home for as long as you possibly can. More and more Americans are home schooling, although for different reasons.
It's often the case that you will find that some Americans promote the latest health fad, fortunately, there are people that are willing to challenge the fad, in this case it refers to not drinking "baking soda", and alkaline water. After blogging the news on Italy, I saw an energetic lightning bolt in bright blue on my left side go behind the candle that is lit on my desk. A lightning bolt - divine storm in Italy. Out from the throne comes flashes of lightning.
Then just prior to painting I was given the name Stephen, so the name of this painting shall be as spoken divinely and I do have a connection with that name in Italian, and Italy. The painting is in lazuli blues, the azures. See what you can see in the painting, I can see a houseboat like Noah's ark, and a large animal over the top of it. It looks like a water lion, although the Italian is an Aquarian.

Italians speak of the great difference between the economics of the Italians in the north -v- the south, the financial inequality combined with the huge influx of immigration has brought huge despair to many Italians due to the high unemployment rate.
It was in 2002, that Italy replaced their currency with the Euro, after that happened prices escalated so fast, their economy could not keep up with it. The same happened in other European countries that changed their currency. When EU countries took on the EURO, their tourism decreased accordingly, and with it their income. In Greece, their tourism decreased by at least 50% the Athenians said, and that has had a catastrophic impact on the economy of that country too. Was it worth it Italy, is the EU worth that amount of devastation to the prosperity of your country and it's people.
Maggie Thatcher was correct when she warned in parliament that the plan of the EU was to make the poor, poorer, and the rich, richer. Italy have certainly felt the pinch of that, they are being squeezed like a lemon on all sides.

The last time that I was in Italy was in 2004, I was looking for property. Property was very reasonably priced in southern Italy, although a majority of the properties required huge improvements and one had to take those costs into account. Easy if you have someone to do the work with or for you, not so easy if you have to do it in aloneness.
I considered moving to Italy, as the Italians were great supporters of the work that I had been involved in during the Rev 12 timeline. When the Spirit said Come, they certainly arrived with the power of love.
Italy is such a beautiful country, the most ecological farmland in Europe. Although it does get very hot indeed in the summer time. May and September are great months to visit that country, and other countries in southern Europe.

So what's for lunch today, it has to be Italian, an Italian fish stew with celery, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes and onions. Loads of garlic, black olives and white fish, prawns and mussels with a splash of red wine. Half a fresh lemon juice, and some parsley. Some home made black olive and garlic bread rolls would be nice to go with it.
To those that tried to stop the divine information reaching the spiritual, it was distributed internationally by the spiritual prior to some Americans trying to stop it. In fact, some Americans even had the audacity to remove the name of yours truly, prior to distributing it and publishing it.

I just saw an energetic lightening bolt in bright blue on my left side go behind the candle that is lit on my desk. Lightning bolt = divine storm Italy. Out from the throne comes flashes of lightning.

Bear in mind that the scientists are now working on head transplants. So first organs, then your limbs and heads. The politicians have to be stopped and be brought to justice. No to Max Law! Hopefully what the MP's have voted on will get thrown out by the House of the Lord's, if not the people will have to bring a case against the government in a court of law for justice to be done. We shouldn't have to keep on defending the people against the politicians, politicians are paid for by the people. As such, the minority of politicians should not be making the majority of our people a commodity.
With four days to go to Purim, and the bible code mentions Elijah. Purim begins on the 28th of February, and in numerics 28 is the numeric of the lamb, so look prior to leaping into anything new this spring. I view Purim as a time of the godly and the law of the prophets striking in a manner that cannot be controlled by earthly realities.
The energy of Elijah is a healer of children, just as Jesus was also a healer of children. Hence, when I was sent to Ein Gedi in Israel in 2006, I was sent to give healing in and around the swimming pool were disabled children were swimming, as we know, water carries memory. I was divinely guided that I would be shown some children from an orphanage prior to leaving England. Interesting that 2006, was also a year of the dog.
So people better not get in the way of the healing of the children, and the healing of the poor, or there will be a very high price to pay. Remember what Elijah said about the flour, make sure you have plenty of flour and oil.
What different oils do you have, I had rice bran oil, and sesame seed oil last night. Although I have a selection of oils for cooking, and a selection of oils for healing. Although some oils can do both. Some people think that they are allergic to wheat, when in fact, it is often the case that they are allergic to yeast, as I am.
Everything in moderation, keep a balanced diet and menu's. Make sure you eat to satisfy what your body requires when it requires it. Your body requires different boosters at different times of your life, in response to different health conditions and systems in the body. Remember this that the medical scientists are still discovering how the body is made and how it works. The body is truly miraculous in how it all works like a symphony.

In England, this year, there are a lot of legal actions going on, specifically to do with the healthcare of children in our country. Richard Branson has been defeated in the courts, way to go, legally, scientifically, and peacefully.
A lot is also going on to do with food and nutrition, no coincidence then that Elijah's energy is in to that in a very powerful way. If anyone could prepare his daughter, for what was ahead, he could. Dad liked to dress up and my parents liked to dress me up. I still remember the flamenco dress and wedding dress that mum sat and made whilst on holiday. When my son was young, I had a dressing up basket full of things to dress up in. It was a huge basket.
So what will you and your children be in this year of dog, and what presents shall you give. Purim lasts from the 28th of February - 1st March, 2018. Children love a party, don't they, make sure what you give them to eat is healthy for them. I've been eating a date cake with coconut oil, cashew nuts, and covered in chocolate. Delicious. There is a lot of fibre in dates, and I just think they're wonderful.
I remember the days when my son would give his mum a box of dates as a present, in those days he could buy a box of dates for £1 from his pocket money. He was such a sweet and adorable Aquarian child, always giving me presents, sometimes he would pick flowers on his way home from school and give them to his mum. I used to say to him, "Where did you get those from".
Last night I also had a meal with sesame seeds, the great thing about seeds is that they metabolise quickly. The smaller the seeds, the quicker they metabolise. So make sure that the children get plenty of seeds in the food that you make for their parties.
Make sure that what you give the children to eat improves the flora in their little bodies, as this will defend their bodies and immune systems as they grow. I was hoping to do some decorating today, never mind, there is always tomorrow. The children are more important in my reality, making sure that they're happy, and having a good time.
It's interesting how many people can't hide from the heart of this integrity.
The dreams have been so significant, from the dream in 2017, that showed yours truly that I wasn't being allowed to go down a particular path during the winter months due to that path being blocked.
And that I was not to return to that location or people again, they had been called out a few times.
Slowly, but surely, the people in that location are being "exposed", one step at a time, as more and more comes into the light of day. As Jesus said, "They thought that you were a novice". As I have often said, "They must think that we were born yesterday".

Sometimes what has been shown to yours truly is "shocking", especially when some of those people profess to be Christians. I can see why the LORD wished for me to depart from their reality. For the righteous dwell in a place of perpetual light.
Sometimes we are "ejected", from an earthly reality, for the purpose of our own sanctity, and safety, like James Bond and his parachute. Sometimes because what had to be achieved has been completed, as such, no reason to go back to it.
Sometimes because the LORD would like you to see what is going on in that location with your eyes and ears wide open for his purpose. So the next time someone suggests that you join it, you can open their eyes and ears to what is going on in that reality and charity.
Situations evolve, interesting that it is Lent, in orthodox Christianity, and some of the so-called Christians have got the spotlight on them, while the truly spiritual relax in candle light feeling good in the godly healing energies.
Life missions and their reason for being to serve the purpose and the cause of life and living it's spiritual potential.
I don't think that this is only going on the UK, and England, I think this is happening throughout the western nations, and probably further afield too. Only integrity can stand in the true light of the spiritual truth and it's justice.
ELIJAH'S FIRE
No coincidence then that there are legal cases going on at this time, in this year of the dog. Even Richard Branson has been defeated in the courtroom in England. There are many more court cases waiting to be heard and judged upon.
I think there will be a lot more before 2018 comes to a close, as we were advised, "doors are closing".
The Branson case is to do with health and Branson trying to privatise our children' healthcare system in the UK with access to billions of national budgets. Even Stephen Hawkins with doctors are bringing forth a court case against what the politicians have been doing in England. That court case is being held in London.

Four more days and it will be the Jewish holiday of PURIM, on the 28th February, 2018. 28 is the numeric of the spring Lamb, so look before you leap into any new ventures, or adventures. It is the numeric of genius, although it requires genius to ensure the future is safe and secure for those that require the most help.
Remember this that financial security does not buy you health, ponder upon it, sometimes financial security comes from doing what is right, and sometimes that requires a legal action. We can think of Purim as a time of legal action, and usually, the godly win. Dog years are usually beneficial and prosperous for yours truly, in whatever endeavour it is, or whatever I give my support too.

As we are still in the new year of the dog energies, and I have some water chestnuts and bamboo shoots to eat up. I decided to do a chicken and vegetable stir fry. Water chestnuts are also water soluble and bamboo shoots have plenty of our B vitamins, with the most being B6.
6 large segments of garlic
2 small chicken breast.
2 x 2 piece of ginger sliced
1 small sweet pepper
Bamboo shoots
Water chestnuts
1 tomato
2 small carrots
1 green chili pepper
1 small red onion
Water chestnuts marinated in soya sauce, splash of balsamic vinegar with a sweet pepper sliced. (With two of the garlic cloves sliced).
Bamboo shoots marinated in some sesame oil, juice of a whole fresh lemon, carrot cut small, tomato, two cloves of garlic, a green chili pepper, sliced ginger and a red onion.
Chicken cut small cooked in two cloves of garlic with a sprinkle of rock salt and sugar, ( I prefer honey to sugar, today I had make do) cooked in rice bran oil. When nearly cooked, put the two different vegetables on the top of the chicken, first the bamboo shoots, then the water chestnuts. When you serve the dish you can sprinkle sesame seeds on the top, and cashew nuts if you like them. Sweet chili sauce also goes great with it.
