Fire and water.
I can see a man in the painting wearing goggles, like a diver, swimming.
It looks like he is swimming away from the fire.
The fire could be a boat, that is on fire, when the storm happens.
It is certainly major. Its like a James Bond movie.

Flood warnings being issued in the UK.
Fire and explosions at the Dutch Shell Chemical plant in Rotterdam. The blasts were heard 20 miles away, although the cause remains unknown.

After I read about the boat written above.I read about the 15 babies that had been 'poisoned', in British hospitals, due to what they had been fed. Sorry, New dawn rising, I will always care fully for children. Just seen a link to this blog from you know where. I recommend that you read Isaiah 28. For surely as I live, the LORD will ensure that justice is done for daughter Zion.

Hundreds of homes are without power and train travel is disrupted after storms hit Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
Torrential rain, thunder and lightning swept across parts of both counties in the early hours.
Scottish and Southern Energy said lightning strikes to overhead cables had knocked out power supplies to 400 homes in Reading and 144 in Oxford.
