It is hard to believe that the origin of that study originated in the 1950s and seven decades years later the doctors are still recommending it. Bear in mind that they didn't even discover Vit K and its importance until the 80s.

It does explain why I never went on any calorie controlled diets during my life, they never felt right to me. Although my healthy menus and lifestyle ensured that I rarely went up in weight. Regular work-outs, lots of dancing, eating right, kept me fit.
I tended to keep my weight quite stable, kept a close eye on it, I had scales in the bathroom. Although ill health can impact upon your weight. How little and how much, the ageing process can also impact on your height, unless you reverse the rapid ageing decline.

It is possible to turn your life and the health of your body around if you stay on it intuitively. At my age I tend to eat when my body asks for food and I'm in between a 12-14 in size.
Some days I have one meal a day, sometimes I have less, sometimes I have more. When I was a size 12- people kept saying I looked too thin, although size 12 is my normal size for my height and bone structure.
England's population has continued to grow at a faster rate than the rest of the UK the latest figures show. The fastest population growth is in London, and as we know our indigenous people are now a minority in our own capital city.

What always amazes me is how they throw physical categories into mental health categories, I'm not surprised that junior doctors are not interested in working for big pharma, for that is what psychiatry is.
The last time that I was an advocate for a patient of a psychiatrist in England, he didn't believe me when I shared with him that Dr Peter Breggin had given his congressional testimony in America about the pharmaceutical drugs in 2010.
This is the evidence that I told the psychiatrist the truth, Dr Peter Breggin also wrote a book called, "Toxic Psychiatry".
The American owned celebrity rehab Priory Group/Acadia is selling its network of mental health facilities in the UK for 1BN. Whoever would've thought that was American owned, Acadia bought the business in January, 2016. This link says the Care Quality Commission has closed some of its facilities due to being inadequate.
It's not surprising the dire state of the NHS when American companies are in it for the money. The business report says potential buyers think the risk is too high with vulnerable people and the return on investment is too low.
Sounds like Boris is going to have to buy the facilities for a non-privatised NHS, we don't have to build new rehab facilities when facilities already exist, all we require is the best possible staff and the most up-to-date equipment. Take the foreign investors and financial men out of the NHS and give our NHS back to our people.
Putin did say that this presidency he would be concentrating on helping the Russian people and Russia. Of course, some of those people are Russian Jews that are still living in Russia.

After the message was received the crocus mandala was uploaded in the public domain, and saffron is great for eyesight. Red plums are also great for eyesight and I made a wonderful red plum cheesecake for Jewish New Year, 5790.
Last night I spread the paint for a north American and it is a healing painting. Due to its colouring and the fact that Hebrew symbols have appeared in the photograph of the painting, I've called the painting "Healing Segol".
On the right of the painting I can see a man dressed in white that has manifested, and he looks like a Buddhist monk, one of the Buddhist healers that helps with the healing that is necessary.
In the book "Original Jesus", it offers convincing proof of extensive Buddhist influence on the life and teachings of Jesus. Its thought-provoking claim is that Jesus was brought up by the Therapeutae.
The book's claim is enforced by tracing the extensive penetration of Indian culture and ideas into the bible lands up to the time of Jesus. In my discoveries I did find some overlap between Hebrew and Sanscrit, I also found some Indian spiritual philosophy featured in the bible.
The paint was spread on the 28th of September, and that was the new SUPER moon in Libra, new beginnings, fresh starts, justice, balance, harmony. It is especially important for relationships and friendships, of course it is also essential love. Love that is essential for the healing process, liberating the love is a key to life.
The man in the painting is wearing white, it looks like a buddhist bun on his head, and the pink of love is above his head, I hope that you can see what I can see and that this painting brings healing to the man that requires it.
For now I shall put the painting in my healing room, with the other healing paintings, in the "Silver Cloud Healing Room". Hebrew symbols manifested before my eyes while I was painting the walls of the healing room a couple of years ago. So I knew that room had been blessed by the LORD God Almighty, today is Jewish New Year.
A time to review the last year, your actions and deeds, prior to starting anew, what you have achieved to enhance your life and the lives of others.
Examine your own intentions and what that brought forth in co-creation, and try to find the forgiveness in your heart for yourself and for others. Did your good deeds outweigh anything else that you did? It is very important to have the right balance in your life. Ponder upon what you can heal, and be trustfully loyal to what is really in your heart.
Think about your dreams and are you really doing what pleases you, are you really happy doing what you do, are you enjoying living the life that you lead? Think about what the divine are showing you, and allow yourself to be raised up to a higher level and vibration.
In these radiant hands is the power of healing, and these hands offer this gift to you, for it is true, that Yahweh brings his gifts to bestow and offers you a hedge of protection with the power of love.

This Jewish New Year, contemplate where you are going, and who with, ask for divine guidance and it will be given. You can turn your life around with pure intentions, a heart of conscience. When love is real it has miraculous tendencies and proves to you that real love is eternal and endures forever.
Sometimes things happen for a reason, to improve your life, sometimes there has to be a catalyst to catapult you to a better and healthier life. A springboard arrives to help you to see what has to change in your life when you are ready for that change. We say in Reiki healing that Reiki comes into your life when you are ready for it, although sometimes the teacher arrives before the student is ready.
Love is always standing by waiting to save you from yourself, for salvation is a mystical term for self-preservation. So ponder upon how you will preserve you and put your action plan together for the new year. In this context, time is not important, but you are, so take your time, make your priorities happen, one step at a time, and please make your heart sing with joy again.

I've been painting this afternoon with a little girl that likes to paint, a peaceful and quiet time together just being with the colour. She painted "I LOVE YOU" for her parents and she painted forever friend for yours truly. A little girl that loves to sing this song in my presence.
Last night prior to going to sleep I received a message "MINARET", then today, I discovered that SO have uploaded a video that includes an earthquake in Turkey that has damaged a minaret!
It is reported in this video below that the magnitude was a 5.8 on Istanbul. Whereas the earthquake website says it was 5.7 that struck on the 26th of September, 2019.
Tomorrow is the new moon in Libra and Libra is the sign of balance, justice and harmony. Strong on friendships and relationships, some that are born in Libra are "master builders of relationships". Then this weekend beginning on Sunday, we have the Jewish holidays of Rosh Hashanah, Jewish new year.
Today, the vast majority of Turkish Jews live in Israel.
It is Jewish holiday this weekend, Jewish New Year and I like to develop a new recipe for the holidays. So I shall call this red plum cheesecake, "Red October", because that relates to a previous message that I received in May.
What are red plums good for?
Our eyes and eyesight.
I made the red plum compote with four large red plums, simmered in water, and when the compote was cooked I included two jelly cubes, although I would probably include a third next time. Once the jelly cubes are dissolved, you can put the compote in the fridge overnight.
Gelatine is great for the back.
I made a digestive biscuit base with melted coconut oil and butter, as it gives it a toffee taste, I put it in a small cake tin with the base that comes out.
For the cheesecake filling:
300 gram of cream cheese
150ml of double cream
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
Tablespoon of vanilla essence
Four tablespoons of coconut or as many as you like for taste.
Put the cream cheese filling on top of the digestive biscuit base, then put your red plum compote on the top. Then freeze, when frozen defrost and it will keep its shape when you push the base through the rim of the cake tin. It is enough to serve 4-6 depending upon the size of the portions that you like, and you can serve it with the double cream on the top.

On the 26th of May 2019, I had a dream of a crystal egg as large as the shoe box that it was in and after the dream, as I was waking, I received this message: "RED OCTOBER".
In dream interpretation to see a prismatic crystal signifies a quick solution to any problems, puzzles or mysteries that may have been troubling you. It can also indicate happy social events ahead.
The crystal was an egg shaped rock quartz and it was the size of a shoebox. Shoes can often relate to direction due to wearing shoes on our feet. In dream interpretation to see a box with its contents means that you can overcome any obstacles.
In dream interpretation eggs are positive, and are generally good for whatever concerns you most. They augur domestic contentment and/or prosperity and abundance, eggs are significant for health, they can also indicate an unexpected windfall of money. I did receive a very unexpected financial windfall after I received the dream in May, 2019, it was money that was owed to me.
The rock quartz crystal is the Master's Crystal. It is a great crystal for concentration, focus, and anything that you have to apply yourself too. It is certainly cosmic to be given a crystal such as this in dream state, divine intervention indeed.
Then there was the message "Red October", indicating the month and that is why I am making this post because soon October will be upon us. Certainly a lot has happened in my life since May and in the lives of those that are close to me, tremendous strides forward.
Also interesting that on Tuesday, of this week a little girl gave me a red and white shoebox on her birthday (the colour of England's flag, otherwise known as St George's flag) with one of my healing books in it from my spiritual library.
The book is full of children's stories that I thought she might enjoy, and it does include crystals. Again, the shoebox reminded me of the dream and the message received earlier in the year.
From the 29th of September - 1st of October it is also Jewish New Year and one of the most recent messages that I received was "Discovery", then when I opened the post my new driving licence had arrived. After that I discovered that there is a hospital in Haifa, northern Israel with a "Discovery Tower".
Each time I went to Israel the Israeli's gifted me with crystals too. In 2006 they gave yours truly a crystal called "Elijah's Foot", and I asked the healers to keep it in Israel, as a reminder of my visit to see them and my promise to return.
Christian Concern in London took up the case of a couple of school children that refused the LGBT indoctrination in their school. The children are having to find new schools, they have been supported by Christian Concern and 33,000 signatures on a petition.

Key decisions made at this time will clearly impact upon 2020 for all of us, as 2020 = 40 and is the numeric of the Jewish prophets.
This new super moon in Libra is in my 9th house and I plan to travel during the next year to make my third visit to the land of Israel. Earlier in the year I had a dream of Bibi and he was asking me when I was coming back to Israel, I told him that I had to go somewhere else first and that I could come for Christmas, and he laughed at me.
However, the reason that I am making this blogpost is that while I was looking to see what videos there were on 5780, this lovely Israeli video came forth and in it the doctor mentions the "Discovery Tower".
The last time that I was in northern Israel was for Jewish New Year in 2007 and I did visit Haifa and Mount Carmel for the second time.

The last time I went food shopping the LORD was asking me for Chicken, he likes yours truly to have chicken for the brine, as the brine is great for collagen boosting. When he gave his instruction, I didn't think of Jewish New Year approaching, I just thought I will get fresh chicken on Tuesday.

It reminds me of the spiritual question "Is your cup half empty, or is your cup half full?" Maybe your cup is overflowing with an abundance of love and it is a great time to appreciate it and enjoy a new beginning associated with it.
In my life, I am looking for a new used car to drive, one that will be suitable for my gardening and food growing interest, a car that is suitable for my artworks and driving through the countryside. So it would be a perfect day to find the car that is most suitable to share my life and loves.
When I am in the driving seat it is a very big aspect of my life with its freedom to go where I please to enjoy the day. Beauty surrounds us when you go into countryside, meet some locals and have a laugh. It is a wonderful change of energy when you go out of your own space to meet up with others and it creates lovely memories to bring home with you.
This new moon is in my 9th house and it relates to contacts overseas, so I will definitely be looking at travel plans and booking a holiday around this time. It calls for a visit to a location that is new to me, somewhere that I haven't been before. Education and teaching is prominent, expanding horizons.
International and intellectual topics are also of interest to yours truly at this time with Libra in the 9th house, and the October full moon in Aries. No coincidence that Gerard Batten is an Aries, same as dad. So UKIP and the "Batten Brigade", are certainly in my life for now.
The Queen Mother and Princess Alice were patrons of the Girl's Life Brigade, that I was once a member of in London when I was a child. So there is definitely more than one Brigade!
So anyone or anything coming into my life now has to be on the same wavelength for harmony to be maintained. It can be a philosophical time and it is written that my views on religion are treated with respect. The word "religion" doesn't even exist in biblical Hebrew.
I'm halfway through a 12 year cycle, so anything that happened six years ago can be reviewed prior to moving forward. That's interesting because yesterday, someone emailed me talking about a rule that goes back to a location that I was in 2013. Did that rule serve me? No. Will it now? No. Do I have to respect the rules of others? No.
Move on, I have to go beyond anyone that tries to impose any rules upon me and my realities, always remember there is always more than one place to go.
I've met a few people born in Libra during my life both male and female and they took a long time to make up their minds, although once they came to a decision about their lives, then it was all action.

This morning when I woke up, I heard the word "DISCOVERY" whispered. Then when I opened the post there was my new driving licence. Freedom to get back on the road again, justice at last, joyful today.
Today, the 19th of September, was the "Day of Appearance".
A time of discovery has begun. "Discovery is an act of finding something new, or something previously unrecognisable as meaningful". Last night I was looking at a particular health condition for three people that suffer with it, we've been looking at "scoliosis" and its causes. How important nutrition and caring fully for children's posture and balance is.
Some scientists found that children with the condition had too much copper and zinc in their bodies.
Too much copper and zinc makes me think of metal toxicity, and in teenage years some children start to receive metal fillings much earlier than they would if their teeth had been looked after when they were younger.
My son wasn't allowed any sticky sweets prior the age of four, he was only allowed chocolate. Sticky sweets and their contents can also make children hyper. The sugar in them impacts adversely upon their nutrition in their bodies and their bodies production of vital nutrients that their body requires for healthy growth.
My son still had some of his baby teeth at age eleven, the dentist had to remove them so that his other teeth could come through.
In 2018, scientists found that manganese that is essential for bone growth and development was an issue for some people with a specific gene which meant that their bodies have an inability to properly use the essential mineral. More research is on-going.
In March 2016, the LORD spoke of MANGANESE and COLLAGEN. So I tailored my menus around that and my goodness what a positive change my body has experienced since we began that journey three years ago. With every minor change you make with your nutrition that improves your health, even in a minor way; you become even more positive that even more positive change is possible, improvements are possible, no matter what age you are.
A small change or inclusion into your menus can make a huge difference to the health of your body and seeds metabolise the fastest.
In the few cases that I have looked at in the last 24 hours of "scoliosis" "childhood neglect" has been involved in those cases.
So what can be done to help those people? Specific nutrition tailored to their bodily requirements and specific stretching exercises can certainly help people with the condition.
A health plan can be embraced that includes intensive healing of the "inner child" to remove the adverse memories from the cells, always remember that the tissues in your body hold memories and so does the water in your body! To liberate the love so that the dynamic healing system of the body can work to its fullest optimum, people have to engage in the healing process on all levels. I also recommend pilates, and inversion therapy.
I have an inversion table and it is wonderful for stretching the body. So much so, that my height has increased whereas three years earlier it had decreased. Everyone said "You're shrinking because of your age", well, I have reversed it! The combination of changing my nutrition tailored to my health requirements, and the therapeutic massage therapy has also helped tremendously.
I have regular therapeutic massage therapy, for my muscles and back, and sometimes I have some Reiki and Reflexology, it is important to remember that the feet impact upon the back and the back impact upon the feet. After bathing I put healing oils on the soles of my feet, and it works a treat.
I like ANISEED very much, and aniseed is one of the healing oils used in Tibetan medicine. It was also divinely given while I was emailing a former colleague, who is trained in Aromatherapy. So I passed the message on.
Posture training of the body is also essential, so I recommend Alexander Technique to help people with their posture. When I first began having back and nerve issues, AT kept me mobile. In 2002 and in the following years, I was carrying my massage couch and heavy boxes around due to the training that I was doing.
Carrying heavy weights had an adverse impact upon my back, although I felt something go while I was in the gym doing some leg lifting exercises with straps on my weak ankles. Hence, I don't do yoga or go to the gym anymore. Although I had gone to the gym on and off since my 20s and have danced regularly for most of my life.
AT realigns the back, and teaches your body improved posture, including how to sit down and stand up without pressurising your back.
From a baby dad would do gymnastics with me on the beach, (I think his army training definitely helped him) he would also put a book on my head and ask me to walk back and forth to help me with posture and balance.
He would say, "shoulders back, back straight, head up", and sometimes he would put a wooden pole between my arms to keep my shoulders back. We used to swim a lot too and spend as much time in nature as possible. It is important to note that there are higher numbers of girls with "scoliosis" than boys and that can be explained by the fact that the structure of boys is usually built stronger than girls. Boys are meant to be masculine and girls are meant to be feminine, that is why our physical frames are different to each other.
Hence, girls that carried books that were too heavy for their shoulders at a tender age during the growth spurts, were found with "scoliosis". Adults that were forced to carry weights that were too heavy for them when they were children, were also prone to the health condition. Young children are not workhorses, their bodies are tender and fragile until they grow stronger as they grow physically.
During a Reiki session I found that a woman my age had carried too many burdens during her life and it was on one side of her body. It was for her to come to the realisation of what those burdens were so that she could engage with the healing of it. The message had been delivered.
The Son of Joseph was a great dad and he was really into nutrition, due to him becoming paralysed for six weeks after I was born. He discovered the power of nutrition due to a friend of his that managed to get him back on his feet again with raw food that included seeds, nuts and dried fruit.
He was incredibly healthy after that for most of his life, with a very straight back. He loved the sunshine and spent has much time in the sunshine as possible, both in England and abroad. He knew how important Vit D was for his family and we were given plenty of manganese.
There was always bowls of fruit and nuts around the home to munch on. Dad did love his fruit and nuts and I made sure that my son had plenty of fruit and nuts too. This week I've made an almond cake and my mother used to make almond cookies for me when I was little, she knew what I liked, and almond was my favourite nut. Although I do like ground hazelnut very much too.
The 28th of September, is the new moon in Libra, important time for new beginnings, that brings balance and justice into your life. It will be a time to work with people that feel "heartbroken", because the 28th of September is the "Day of Heartbreak".
Hence a lot is going to be happening in the relationship and friendship zone of life. So you might find yourself called to be a mediator to help others, to counsel others, to aid others, to make an intervention that helps others that might feel heartbroken by their life circumstances.
So for instance some people from other countries say that they feel heartbroken over the UK leaving the EU. Others are not concerned about it as the English are known for their fairness and love for the people that have put the effort into making their lives a success in our country.
As far as those Europeans that didn't make a success of their lives in our country. David Cameron made it very clear in parliament, that anyone earning less than £36,000 a year, would have to leave our country. Our country is overpopulated and we require change for all of our young people to pave a future of prosperity for our tomorrow's.
My advice has given previously, never take our love for granted, don't stand against my people that wish to leave the EU. Nationality is very important, because it is nationality and the culture that you are from that helps to maintain nationality in your countries and cultures.
It is interesting that at least 30% of people that voted to remain have now changed their minds, as many young people put the effort into investigate the EU in the last three years, and once they did, they then decided against being a member of it.
