US DIETARY GUIDELINES OUT OF STEP WITH SCIENCE
I think there is an American 'food conspiracy' to make more Americans sick so that big pharma can sell them more drugs.

This is another presentation at the conference, Bret Scher, MD presents his case for KETOSIS has a medical intervention. I agree with him, ketosis is not a diet. 20+ years ago, Archangel Michael spoke of it being a disinfectant for the body. A fat burning metabolism is far more healthy for people than a sugar burning metabolism. A fat burning metabolism is how we are meant to be and why we were created the way that we are.
I will add a NOTE: 20+ years ago, Great Ormand Street Children's Hospital did a study with epileptic children for two years. One group of children were put on a High Protein, Low Carb diet and in that group, the children's seizures stopped completely. Hence, I agree with Bret Scher, MD, it is not a diet when it is a medical intervention.

FULL MOON IN AQUARIUS 1st August
Full moon in Aquarius on the 1st of August, I have made the point to Roland Legrand in response to this video that when meterological records began the planet was in its coldest temperature in 10,000 years.
This indicates that the planet is returning to normal when getting hotter and it is nothing out of the ordinary.

AMBER DREAM
This morning I received a dream of a local friend and she was asking me what jewellery to wear.
I responded that she should wear AMBER around her throat. In semi-precious stones, Amber protects the throat and helps the throat chakra release any blockages.
In dream interpretation to give or receive amber in a dream is an augury of an unexpected windfall of money, or recovery of a loss.
The 28th July, is the "Day of Winner" in numerics.

The news from Rhodes told us that the fire began at night time with the fire pointing to arson say the police. We've also seen the film of how it began. The same news is coming out of Corfu too, arson. However, the MSM are placing responsibility onto climate change, nope, it was arson.

UK DREAM
At dawn this morning I received a dream of England, UK. I was amongst some people that were talking in a room and we were standing up. I began speaking and I was telling people the truth about some aspects of what has been going on in the UK. Some weren't aware of the information that I was sharing.
Has we were leaving, a couple of people approached me to thank me for speaking up. Then two men in suits approached me. One of them said that he had been involved in a Think Tank type group and that the group were concerned at how many people had been arriving from Asia, he appeared that he and his colleagues had been looking into the quantities of people that had been coming in from oriental countries e.g. China etc.
I responded that we require a meeting in a venue that can hold 200 people, that he and his colleagues should be on stage to share the truth.
How do so many Asians get into our country? Many come through the education system has students and stay on, some via businesses sponsoring them for jobs, our national healthcare system etc etc. Our local university is full of them and a lot of the flats close by have been bought up by them. Pushing the prices even higher than they would be if their weren't students in the area. Of course it also pushes up the price for rental properties too.
In dream interpretation, giving a speech indicates an improved status in social position and/or business is forecast in a dream of making a speech. The same with the meaning of numbers in your dream, it signifies an increase in personal power and/or prestige.
The 24th of July is the "Day of Instability", and mass immigration has certainly disabled our economy and infrastructure. Sewage operators and our farmers say that there is 100M people living in the UK. In Cambridgeshire they've even run out of water to serve the amount of people that are living there. In Bristol a councillor said that they're planning to double the population.
Interesting that the number 200 in gematria is the equivalent of FATHER. People, Bloodline and Disciple.
It is a directional message and that my focus has to be on the UK due to it being a National State of Emergency. England's green and pleasant land is in great jeopardy.
UPDATE 23.00hrs 24th July, 2021. Asian Immigration lawyers getting struck off for falsifying immigration applications and back stories. One of the lawyers called the minister of the Home Office "dumb". Daily Mail sent a reporter in undercover and three lawyers have been outed. Although others are also being investigated by border control.

TONY BENNETT RIP
Tony Bennett has passed over, ager 96, the sound of his voice was often heard in our family home and dad used to sing his songs. He released 70 albums during his musical career and 96 is a ripe old age.

NEW NODAL PARADIGM 2023-2024
Sky has provided a video presentation on the New Nodal paradigm of North Node Aries and South Node Libra that began on the 17th July and will continue until 11th January, 2025. Quite a big transit in the medium term. He has looked at each sign too, so you can wizz through to your sign specifically.
The 17th of July was the "Day of Career" and the 11th January is the "Day of Evaluation", so how will you evaluate your successfulness at the end of this timeline? A lot of effort is required for success whether that is in work or relationships. My dog is an Aries and he will be joining an Agility group in 2024, he's in his 2nd year of obedience training, it is brilliant for his active mind.
Nutrition is highlighted in my own sign of Aquarius and I'm currently looking into Oxalates. Clear goals are necessary and teamwork. Keeping the receipts and record keeping is important.
Sky shares that Performance art is great for Aquarians in this timeline, better than business due to a natural attractiveness. In August I shall be joining a water aerobics group, continuing with swimming for exercise and I've already joined a beginner's yoga group. Health is always important in my life.
This is a two year transit combined with Pluto in Aquarius, hence, it is a very important timeline for Aquarians. In February, 2024, I will be in a 7 year again, teacher/student numeric, Jesus had this numeric. My son is also an Aquarian and at the end of January he will be in a 5 year and that is very physical.
LANE END DOWN CROP CIRCLE
This is an interesting crop circle that was filmed yesterday in England and uploaded an hour ago. It was filmed at Lane End Down, a message indeed. The centre of the crop circle looks like a few people standing in the sunshine.
22nd of July, is the "Day of Fluctuation". The numeric of 22 is also a Master Number and is associated with angels and leadership. Interesting that a forum that I frequent went off-line yesterday, although there is a back-up for members in a different location.

JEWISH ORTHODOX -v- JOS NUTCASES
The Jewish Orthodox take on the "Just Stop Oil" nutcases. Then the police arrived to give the activists their marching orders. It looks like Green Park that leads to Hyde Park one way and Piccadilly the other way. The Jewish men created a human chain to move the people off the highway that JOS were obstructing. In the UK, it is a crime to obstruct the highway.
People in London are getting really cross now, there have been a huge amount of incidents in recent days.
If the police don't get JOS off the roads, someone is definitely going to get hurt.
People don't like their lives being disrupted by anyone. Bus drivers trying to meet their timetables, taxi drivers trying to get their customers to appointments on time. Emergency vehicles that can't get through the traffic. People trying to go to work and take children to school. JOS are alienating any public support that they may have garnered.

This Aquarian has never bought an iPhone, I'm not into technology that costs a lot, technology that harms the human race will kill itself due to the harm it causes. Just like the British Broadcasting Corporation is killing itself, 500,000 people have stopped buying a TV license. This Aquarian got rid of television in 1998, and all of the MSM cable networks are suffering with reduced customers.
Aquarius supports the alternatives, citizen journalists, whistleblowers, people that have a mind and heart for the truth and freedom. One of the reasons that Tucker Carlson and James O'Keefe are doing a great job in America with millions of views. My view is that with Pluto in Aquarius at the end of 2024 we will see big changes in publishing.

Sally shares that there are healthy foods that you absolutely shouldn't eat and there are foods that a person with health issues should certainly avoid. There are so many different health conditions that are caused by an oxalate overload and it includes inflammation and chronic diseases. Excess oxalates also destroy amino acids that are also essential for the functioning of the body.
When the body has an excess of oxalates which is very easy to consume, the body cannot do the job that it was meant to do to keep the body healthy. During the presentation the Human Genome Project was mentioned, originally the medics thought that if they could solve the human genome and change DNA they could resolve diseases, now the focus is on the microbiome and gut health. Sally goes a step forward with her presentation of what foods are causing the most harm.
I like dark chocolate cranberries but they're very high in oxalates, if you have osteoarthritis it means chocolate is out. I do like spinach but I don't eat it very often, it is incredibly high in oxalates. I don't like Chard and I found that Kale gave me G.I. issues.
Sally says that if you are thirsty that means that the body is asking for water to help flush out the excess oxalates.

TROCADERO LONDON
Katie Hopkins has picked up on the story of the building of a mega mosque at the Trocadero in London's entertainment centre in the West End. The famous Trocadero is on the corner of Shaftesbury Avenue and Piccadilly. It is a huge historic building that was built in 1856.
The name of the Muslim billionaire property developer is Asif Aziz and in 2017, he told a court that he had "faked" a marriage certificate in Malawi to bring an adopted child into the UK. Why did he "lie" to immigration and why has he been allowed to break the law and stay in the UK?

One of my ancestors had a flower stall outside of it, there were florists in our family. Has time went on the pitch was moved to the other side of Piccadilly Circus and it became a stall for selling souvenirs. In the 60's, there was a disco called Tiffany's in the building, a place where many teens went to dance.

AROMATIC LANGUAGE OF DOGS
Dr Conor Brady has been on a training course with Caroline Ingraham, I first heard about Caroline 20 years ago when she was teaching aromatherapy for horses. Her book on the subject matter was published in 1998. Hence a massive amount of experience of working with animals, over 38 years.
Since that timeline she has developed Zoo Pharmacognosy and Conor has written a great article on what happened when he attended Caroline's training course. Conor reports on the experiment on him and other attendees with liquorice powder. The experiment was to help participants to comprehend the aromatic language of dogs. It is worth a read.

For the adrenals you can't beat celery for detoxifying after any veterinary medications and vaccinations. I began giving my puppy celery when he was quite young to chew on. Also boiled some celery and made celery ice cubes for him in the summer. He does like an ice cube.
He's been eating some grass recently, and many animals eat grass for the K1 that their bodies transform into K2, of course there are many other great nutrients in grass too.
I will definitely treat myself to one of Caroline's most recent books that are available from her website or from Amazon. Although I don't buy from Amazon, my bank banned Amazon from taking any money from my account.

ASTRA ZENECA $10.5M LAWSUIT
A Canadian woman was given the Astra-Zeneca injection, she was given the government injury compensation. This lawsuit complaint is against the Canadian Health Agency. The lawyer explains the case in this 17 minute interview.
Astra-Zeneca was banned in many countries. Their Chief Scientist died of CJD, has reported in March, 2021.
We already knew that the Nanotechnology mRNA/Spike Proteins in the injections could cause CJD due to earlier research that was shared on this blog. Although the research scientists had worked on the Pfizer one in this specific research.

ESG SCRUTINY
Blackrock, Vanguard and State Street, ESG policies are being scrutinised by the US Congress, due to the likelihood of their policies being in violation of the US "anti-trust" law.
In the UK, banks are refusing to fund the British defence industry. The Daily Express reports that the banks are a "a risk to national security" due to the potential collapse of vital military firms. It's clear from the article that ESG policies are involved in this and the collapse of our defence industry would ensure that military equipment was bought from abroad and that is a risk to security.

Remember what has happened to British car industry, not much of it left is there? Maggie Thatcher knew that our manufacturing ability was so important for future prosperity for the UK. Hence why she worked so passionately to help it and refused to give up our right to sterling, our currency. Remember her campaign, "Buy British". Invest in British people and companies.
The issue with the MOD is the amount of land that has been sold off to foreign investors and property developers in the UK. Chelsea Barracks were sold off to Qatari for property development, whilst some of our veterans are on the streets and emergency workers can't afford to live close to their jobs. Any MOD land sold off should have been given back to the people that paid for it, to the British people not sold to foreign entities. Never borrow more than your assets allow and the MOD assets are diminishing year on year.
On the illegal immigration issue, my solution is to hand that part of immigration over to the MOD, due to their being a national state of emergency in the UK, it's a national catastrophe and the invasion is a huge security risk for the UK. Hence the MOD must be involved.
Councillors in Bristol have said they plan on doubling the population of Bristol, that means an increase of 500,000 people, at the same time has the UK is overpopulated. People in the UK, live in the smallest properties in Europe, most of our people are living in cramped spaces. Sewage operators and farmers say that there is 100M people living in the UK and we know the state of the infrastructure and how it isn't there to support the current population growth.

MEDICAL MEDIUM CELERY
I began growing celery around 7-8 years ago, it grows lovely in England due to how much rain we get. I like celery fresh, I also like it cooked, celery soup with coconut milk is lovely too. I've always eaten celery during my life. Our family used to have a pint glass with celery in it on the table. Party food is great including celery, I put cream cheese in celery boats. When my dog was a puppy, I would give him celery to chew on, its good to give to dogs after any veterinary treatment too. Celery juice ice cubes are great in the summer, another way to get some celery juice into your dogs.
This chat is with a medical medium, Anthony William, Anthony says that celery is a herb and not a vegetable. He's authored a book on Celery Juice, this chat was uploaded two years ago, I don't think I've posted it before.
Celery is great for detoxifying the adrenals, that impact on the kidneys and the liver. However, I find with different health cases that everyone requires something different at different times. I trust in Spirit and the guidance that is given when I receive it on behalf of someone else. Working with Spirit can be very intensive.
I asked a beloved friend to eat celery after he had been diagnosed with stage 4 blood cancer, he responded. "Celery is has boring has riding a bicycle". He was hard work to help. However, he understood the message received for him on "electrolytes".
I don't agree with Anthony on eggs, eggs have lutein and lutein is really important for eyesight and regulating the bowels. If you have post-infection IBS, iodine is very important, iodine is in yogurt, ice cream and eggs.
When I was at the peak of the menopause and suffering from chronic fatique, my son and I had a divine experience with eggs, he brought home 38 eggs from work and they had to be eaten in ten days. Eggs really boost your energy.
There was some interesting research published in the Daily Mail today. American scientists have published some new research on the importance of full-fat dairy foods for health. I never followed the low-fat fad. I never stopped eating eggs or real butter either, nor did my mum.

I was watching a video live stream last night, it was held in Bristol. One of the members of the meeting of the people in Bristol, one of the women shared that when she spoke to a Bristol councillor, he told her that the plan is to double the population in Bristol.
