Dr Rhonda Patrick cites the scientific studies on the benefits of sauna. Interesting that it improves muscles when they are in "atrophy", Jesus also spoke of "atrophy" during 2019.



It was in the Spring, 2020, that I ordered a sauna/steamer (just prior to the lockdown in the UK) and it has been the best buy of the year for my health. A friend came to try it and she ordered one straight away, the healer goes in it everyday. Her feedback after a month is that her skin has improved and new hair is growing a lot more.
