AMINO ACIDS MESSAGE

 Whilst praying this morning for family and friends, while I was bathing, I was given the message "Amino Acids". Amino Acids are essential for functionality and for muscle strength. Last year Jesus mentioned "atrophy", so I knew that was a subject matter that we were going to be looking at. 

I've had some lambs liver this week, I also made some roasted tomatoes for the first time, they are wonderful. I do like duck, veal and venison, lamb and beef.  I also eat fish and seafood, I do like a fish chowder. Today, I'm making a chicken casserole, with root vegetables, pearl barley and butter beans. 

This video includes foods that are high in amino acids. It is only in recent decades that specialists in physiology discovered how important amino acids are for the strength of our muscles that support our bone structure. 


I don't eat soya, I only have soya sauce. I like the fact that there is amino acids in all our seeds, great to make some seed and oat bars with sultanas etc. When I travel I carry a mix of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sultanas, great for energy while travelling. Much better for you than airline food. 

Eggs are really important to stop leg cramps, Jesus spoke of lemon curd for leg cramps and eggs have amino acids. I like to make my own lemon curd, lemon juice is also great for Vit K. Did you know that the brain doesn't assimilate Vit C from your food unless you have enough Vit K?

I eat most of the foods in that video, although my appetite has been off recently and that makes it difficult to get all of the nutrients that my body requires.
