TOMMY ROBINSON IN COURT

Young Tommy is having to face various court cases. The Home Office, via the police force are trying to stop Tommy from attending any football matches in the UK.

Then there is a civil court case brought against Tommy due to Tommy mentioning a woman and her name in his report on the Syrian schoolboy incident. The woman is suing for "damages for defamation".

Journalist, Ezra Levant has been in London today, and gives us his report on what happened in court.

He shares that five lawyers spent the day arguing over how much they would earn in legal fees and the amounts they were asking for is staggering. The plaintiffs lawyers were asking for around $560,000 Canadian he says. It sounds like it was about £500,000 and that doesn't even include any award made by the judge should the plaintiff win the case.

I agree with Ezra, that this civil court case is about taking down Tommy Robinson financially, that is what Islam and it's supporters do, take down their opponents financially, some Muslims use our own laws against our people. This court case is not about a young Syrian migrant boy, it is about how much the lawyers can earn out of it, at the same time as taking Tommy out financially.

A day in court for the lawyers and they didn't even start discussing the case itself. Tommy is not willing to give the names and identities of his witnesses to the plaintiffs as he knows that they can't be trusted to keep their identities safe. As such, the witnesses that include a teacher, and children that were at the incident are only prepared to speak to the judge himself to give their testimony.

WATCH ON !

The clock is ticking journalists for you and the all of the publishers, if Islam win this case, you will see far more Islamic -v- UK cases. So you better decide whose side you are on!

Tommy is learning what it means to be a publisher, and the risks that every publisher takes when reporting on the news in the UK. I hope that Tommy has got some great corporate lawyers to defend him because it is now Islam -v- England in court.
