"CELL PHONE INDUCED CANCER"
This is a testimony given by an American lawyer who had what he calls "Cell Phone Induced Cancer" in three different areas of his body. Brain, left hand, and on the front of his body. From the dates featured in the video it looks like he passed over in 2014.
