My capsicum and chilli's are still growing although I will have to bring them indoors soon. I'm going to try to keep the basil growing inside all winter, by keep on taking cuttings. I have three types of basil, sweet basil, Greek Basil and red basil. Increase your fluid intake a lot more this time of year, more soups for the nutrients, soups with chicken brine are essential for the body and it's collagen production.
