For their preservation a man called Elgin arranged for the marbles to be brought to England and apparently, after that they landed in the hands of the British Museum.
The marbles have been preserved and the British should be thanked for that, but now the marbles must be returned to Greece. It is their heritage, their legacy, and their culture.
