RED SWEET PEPPER VISION

After receiving the divine request for capsicum, followed by seeing the vision of the red sweet pepper last week, let's look more deeply at the red sweet peppers has science says that the health benefits of red have more nutrients than other colours of sweet peppers. Yellow peppers also have more health benefits than green too.

So if you are eating sweet peppers for health, consider making the red sweet pepper your preference and choice, I will certainly do so and have bought two today (English grown) and red chilli's, as mine are still growing.

If you are going to grow sweet peppers from the seeds that are within what you purchase, then make sure that they are organic and have come from an organic source. Why, Monsanto have been involved with sweet pepper agriculture.

The first thing to look for when buying vegetables and fruit, (especially if you are a European that lives in northern Europe, ) make sure what you buy is labelled, and look to see the country where it was grown due to the high importation of sweet peppers, especially in northern Europe.

If the fruit isn't labelled than ask the retailer where the fruit came from and whether it has been grown organically. Say NO to GM agriculture and Monsanto. The current takeover of Monsanto by Bayer in Germany is also being investigated by the U.S. and Russia, "anti-trust authorities".

Italy is the most ecological country in Europe due to the integrity of most of their farmers. In Italy, most of the Italian farmers put quality above yield, so didn't take on the fertilisers and pesticides that some of the other EU countries farmers did.

I do have sweet peppers growing, I also have chilli's growing. Although I am most impressed with the goji's that are now nearly 7ft tall in their first year, they're even flowering. It's a small mauve flower with five petals on the goji's.
