Z for Zachariah

Cowboy vision update.

Interesting that the LORD spoke about what is going to happen to an American woman, and then afterwards he said, 'Zachariah', and it means 'God has remembered'.

I've just seen that Don Johnson appeared in a film with the name 'Zachariah', and in it there is a man wearing a hat with a feather in it. Just like the man that I saw when I was discussing past lives with someone from America.

The difference between two different realities, two different cultures. The Lute of Lovingkindness is with me as I write this, he is supportive of the post.

In 1984, there was a BBC play for today, 'Z for Zachariah' was the fourth episode of season 14, and it is based upon a post-apocalyptic novel by Robert C. O'Brien. In the beginning it mentions the Johnson's. A young girl finds a fish in the river, and a lamb 'dead', she then begins to draw at the table. Prior to that she called out the name Joseph. She has drawings all over her wall, they look like they are A4 in size.

She is then overlooking a farm and it looks like she has a gun in her hand.  You can then see its a rifle, and there is a man walking over the land in bodysuit protection gear, and some kind of censor, He takes his hat off, and shouts 'Anybody here?'. He is then nude splashing in the river. Its then night time, and her sheepdog finds her and she says 'I thought you followed Joseph'.

Then the man starts to cut up a chicken that he has cooked on a spit, and he offers some of it to the dog.  The sheepdog doesn't eat the chicken and returns to its female owner, and her drawings. She then watches the stranger become very ill. She tells him that he has a fever, and then helps him.

The man then discovers that he has 'radiation poisoning'. He wonders how the valley survived. The scientist speaks of how London and Washington were both involved, and how there was a war.

She carries on farming, and in the evening plays the piano for him. He tells her 'this is the best evening I have ever spent.' Next day, they go fishing. A lot happens after that and at the end, he shoots the teenager in the foot. Eventually, she leaves in the bodysuit, and he stays behind.

This was made for TV 30 years ago, and what it conveys, is as powerful today, as it was 30 years ago.

Humanity have to close down all nuclear facilities.
