Interesting painting with a lot of texture, its called, 'I'm Alive'.
Original painting, size A4, 23rd May 2014
23rd May is the 'Day of Attention'.
I am being given the name 'Bateman'.
The first time that the word 'Alive' appears in the book of Genesis, its about the 'Ark', and it is to do with bringing two of everything, so that they can stay alive. Interesting that the old blog still exists, in addition to this blog. That's two! In addition, they said of Joseph, 'Joseph is still alive'. After everything that they did, he was still alive.
Just been pondering on different realities, in the different professions with that name. I do remember at least one man with that name, very helpful he was too. There is a 17th century house in East Sussex, called 'Bateman's and it was the home of author Rudyard Kipling, who wrote the book, 'KIM' about the little Indian boy. When I was young, the RAB said, he named me after him.
The white creating a shape on the right of the deep orange in the painting, reminds me of the antelope vision.

Meet broadcaster, Derek Bateman.
And author and screenwriter, Colin Bateman.
Looks like we are with the creatives, and creativity is always alive, and life inspiring. Writing, recording, producing, healing arts, vibrational medicine and therapies, healing foods, painting, what will she do next? Big smiles! There is certainly a lot of living to live, at these gates of Zion. Antelope time, hey!
HOPE
Oh dear, just seen the news on orange website.
ReplyDeleteGlasgow historic School of Arts is in flames. RIBA have called it an international tragedy.
The building, designed by the famous Scottish architect and dating from 1897, is a tourist attraction and is regarded as a building of "national or international importance".
Firefighters have been tackling a serious blaze at a historic art school building in Glasgow city centre.
Crews were called to reports of a fire at Glasgow School of Art's Charles Rennie Mackintosh building at about 12.30pm.
Flames were seen leaping from several windows and the roof of the building on the corner of Renfrew Street and Scott Street.
The blaze is now being damped down but early assessments say most of the interior of the Category A listed building has been destroyed.
There were no reports of casualties but a number of people had to be helped from the building.
Hence, the message, received 'Im Alive' Not sure what Bateman has got to do with it. However, I am sure that Glasgow will know.
TRAVIS, the singer is mentioned in the article, he spoke of the mac room being in all wood and paper. Travis has also been featured on this blog, in songs. And also had a dream of a friend Travis as well, shared here..
