Zechariah spoke of a time when a mountain would split, and in that prophecy it speaks of the 'Mount of Olives'. Zech 14:4 However, I did not feel Israel when I was painting this mountain. Although, earlier this evening I received the message that people are singing, 'Moshe has come, Moshe has come'.
The name "Moses" comes from a root meaning "take out," because Moses was taken out of the river (Ex. 2:10). Some modern scholars point out that the root M-S-S in Egyptian means "son of".
