Melon Seeds

Well it is melon time and it was delicious, I had mine sliced with cheddar cheese and a couple of savory biscuits. I've been pondering for a few days about the melon seeds and what to do with them.

Melon seeds can be dried and eaten as a snack in countries like India they also ground them up to use in recipes once dried. You can also lightly dry roast them, and afterwards keep them in a sealed container like pumpkin or sunflower seeds. Delicious for breakfast with yoghurt and fruit. Melon and its seeds are  a natural anti-oxident.

That includes 'Folate', 'Zinc', 'Potassium', 'Manganese', 'Iron', 'Copper', 'Calcium', 'Vitamin B3', 'Vitamin B2'. Melon is good for supporting and giving a natural booster to the nervous system, hair, cardiovascular system, skin disorders, high blood pressure, and immune system. Its amazing how many seeds you get from one melon.

The nervous system begins to suffer if you are giving too much of yourself, so make sure that you are nurturing and your own energy prior to giving your energy away to others. Melon is brilliant for mums to be, so be tender with your bodies and your bodies will be tender to you.



Melon has been called 'one of the most critical discoveries of the twentieth century' by researchers especially for women of child bearing age. 'A study of 4000 mothers concluded that those that got enough folate were 60 per cent less likely to have children with brain or spinal cord defects.'  

Folate is imperative when the body is going through cellular changes, so it is good for children and women in menopause or on their second Saturn Return.



This is an excellent fruit for high blood pressure as well due to its potassium that acts as a natural diuretic. This is important because when fluid levels are high, blood pressure rises and potassium keeps the artery walls relaxed. Honeydew melons also have over twice the potassium and three times the amount of folate of watermelons. [2] You can also count melon as a fibre food, in England you can get two melons for £1 in the markets. In the supermarkets that would cost four times that amount.

So plenty of things that you can do with melon, breakfast, lunch or dinner. So now I am going to dry roast my seeds; while making a melon soup. I do like melon, I find it so refreshing.

After I wrote that the heavenly Father gave me the name 'Andrea'. Andrea is a feminine form of the Greek name Andrew and it means 'Valiant', 'Strong' and 'Courageous'. So it is a good fruit for courage, strengthening your immune and nervous system, and that is very important during these last days of the end times. Its a very big fruit, and a very gentle one, and that is why it has so much to offer you.
