I was going to call this painting 'Heat Wave', and the heavenly Father said 'JULY' 

July was given its name to honor the birth of Julius Caesar. 

Prior to that it was called Quintilis and it was the fifth month. [1]

In his article about July he quotes another astrologer as well. It indicates a time of the expansion of the 'individual', and 'the revealing of a very intensive personality that cannot be limited to any steady point of application'.

People are conjoined, so it could mean a person with Mars prominent in their chart is conjoined with the one that holds the sceptre. It mentions a 'calamitous war' and as we know things are really hotting up in Syria as well as the USA. The number of the quatrain is C6 and 2013 is a six year. 6+24 = 30 and in Hebrew that is the lamed. The shepherds staff, in the ancient pictographs it looks like a J for Joseph. 

So another war before the spiritual will spring into action, and Prince Phillipe of Belguim is preparing for his coronation to become King of Belguim an important job with the European parliament based in Brussels. Prince Phillipe was born on the 15th April, 1960. That makes him an Aries that is ruled by Mars, and he was born in the Chinese Year of the 'Rat'.

This July the heat wave in the USA has been hotter than Egypt. At the same time there has been hail in New Mexico. The video features weather activity that has been taking place around the planet.
