My omelet is a two egg tomato omelet with basil.
After the two egg omelet - one sliced tomato was cooked, I served it with three gherkins that are also nutritional and sprinkled the omelet with some cheese. Do you remember the tomato dream when I was serving a person with a tomato drink with celery in it? Of course, you could have a freshly cut tomato with your basil omelet. Tomato and raw onion salad is also delicious with some garlic and balsamic vinegar.

What else is on for nutrients today? I've had some sultanas, and apricots to snack on. I'm going to have some raspberries and blueberries for my manganese that is essential for boosting the collagen in the body. Lots of healthy fluid for the body in this meal.
