People with Sjogren's have to drink a lot - so what will you drink that will increase your manganese?
Its essential that you have a juicer to make your drinks that you require. I managed to find a great one in 2015, whereby I have four different cups - and I can make one drink at a time in the cup. The cups are also great for storing home made soups for when you don't feel like cooking. You have some juiced fruit or soup in the fridge.
My drink today as six almonds for manganese, two kiwi fruit for my Vit E. and a banana for potassium and fibre, a little real orange juice, some sultanas, and then in goes my goats milk.
You could also put some chia seeds in it if you can afford the chia seeds.
All in the juicer together, delicious. If I had some land, I would definitely have a couple of goats. Also you don't a require lawnmower to cut the grass when you've got goats.

Another Manganese drink for you to try.
2 Kiwi
1 tablespoon of ground almond
Some chives
Sultanas add to taste
Coconut flakes
Fingers full of spinach leaves
Goat's milk
Collagen Drink
1 Kiwi
Spoonful of coconut oil
Half an avocado
Some sultanas to sweeten
Goats milk as much you like for consistency.

10th April, 4 Kiwi, half of a small pineapple juiced. Goats milk added to taste and consistency.
