News today is that NEXT and Costa will axe jobs for the over 25's due to having to pay a living wage. Any companies or corporations that discriminate on age due to cost can be sued for it. Any company that axes a job once a youngster gets to 25 should also be sued. I've seen it happen far too many times, where a person is made redundant due to being time to promote and/or pay an increase in wages.
Its time that the corporations got a reality check, boycott all stores that discriminate based upon paying a living wage.

There was some good news today, an 88 year old pensioner in Southend-on-Sea is being defiant and refuses to sell her home that she has lived in for 66 years to property developers.
