My day of return drink is a smoothie with half of a pineapple and two bananas. Homemade of course.
Due to the impact of pineapple on mucus its ideal for people that have any sinus, intestinal or kidney issues. Its high in manganese and brilliant for detoxifying and cleansing the inside of the body. More manganese for the collagen booster, the skin of your body inside and out loves pineapple because its so gentle for the body. The colour is yellow today - and the yellow is for creativity, I painted a kitchen this sunny yellow it was lovely. Happy memories increasing joy in ADAR, happy shabbat.

What to eat? Little and often. I can really feel the energy in my back today. So I've done some inversion therapy, taken some Starflower oil, and one St John's Wort for extra help for the nervous system.
To eat - a multi-grain bread sandwich, with some mustard marinated herring. Salad; cucumber, spring onion and iceberg lettuce. The make of the herrings is SILVER TIDE, on the side the homemade humous chickpea dip with some more cucumber chunks. Delicious.
