The son is swimming
in responsibility.
Good sense and
sensibility.
The washing machine
arrived, he can hold his head high,
and wear a tie.
He did it, and even fitted it.
Love him, on Lily Day.
His Gran's birthday,
she would be so happy
with her grandson.
It would increase her joy
in ADAR, just like when
he was born and looked
at her and smiled.
Now he can feel it,
and what it means,
for a man to be keen
to please responsibly.
A dream was given,
a dream manifested,
and the son was tested,
before he rested.
He made sure that he
had the first wash.
I smiled in response.
He passed with
flying colours,
in ADAR, just like
his grandpa, ta!
Alive is he,
in his heart,
the fluttering,
as the feathers
begin to spread,
for flight.
His soul sings
with the song,
like a gong.
