I like the fact that Sea Kelp has all of the trace minerals in it. My organic Sea Kelp is the Viridian brand, I have 90 capsules to try. One a day, enough for three months. I sometimes research a remedy by trying it for myself. Although to give each remedy a chance to prove itself, I recommend a minimum of three months and I used to give different therapies and remedies at least six months.
Of course it is important to keep up with the latest scientific research and to do your own research to see what suits you best.
