Video of CTV footage of the attack upon Israeli officers near the Lion's Gateway. I read one report that mentioned that the officers on guard were Druze. I met with the Arab Druze when I was in Israel, in 2006, they were lovely people. Just because there are Israeli officers and police force in Israel, doesn't mean that they are Jewish, yet they were still "murdered" while trying to protect the old city and it's visitors. When they shoot officers, they don't know who they're shooting, or do they!

The "three terrorists", were taken out on the temple mount on the 14th of July, the temple mount is now closed while investigations are underway.
Reports say that it is the first time that the mosque has had to be closed in 17 years. It's important to point out that Muslims only allow Muslims into that mosque, if a westerner tries to enter, they're refused. The same with Muslim Arab owned hotels too, there was no room at the inn for a western woman.
All gates to the old city are now closed until further notice. A sad day for Israel and everyone that lives upon the land, my condolences.

I remember walking through the old city, to the Lion's Gateway in September 2007, and tears came as soon as I reached the Muslim quarter due to what was happening there. There are four different quarters in the old city. One of which is Muslim, another quarter is Jewish. The other two are Christian, with one of them being Armenian in the ancient city of Jerusalem.
