If you have any oral issues I don't recommend cauliflower or broccoli. I also recommend celery for the detoxing of the adrenals. 

Garlic mushrooms cooked in olive oil and butter are wonderful, egg mayonnaise with mustard cress. Liver and liver pate is great, I really like avocado too, fresh and cooked.

Some parsley on your salad lovely, parsley in your garden lovely, parsley on fish lovely. Are you growing your parsley, garlic, beetroot, and turmeric, how about your beetroot, remember don't throw away those beetroot leaves, they have a huge amount of nutrients. I do like the sprouts in the wintertime, especially baked in the oven with oats and some honey. Delicious.
