Atheists -v- Daughter Zion

Isaiah 32:6 mentions the 'atheists' and what they do. 'The hungry they leave empty and from the thirsty they withhold water'. 

Isaiah 41 informs the people that the LORD will answer the 'poor' that search for water, the elohiym of Israel will not forsake them'. Isaiah 44:3, 'For I will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry ground, I will pour out my Spirit on your offspring, and my blessing on your descendants'. 

The age of the water bearer, daughter Zion is an Aquarian, and water has always been representative of the divine feminine. Eli Ziyyon. The Ace of Cups showed them what to look for and the poor found it at the gates of daughter Zion.

Can an atheist save a life when the medical profession's only solution is to cut the flesh of a body? Can an atheist clear the land energetically? Do they know how to clear the space? What does an atheist know about the consciousness of a soul and how to heal it? How about the animals; can they heal them as well? Can an atheist co-create miracles?
