HOT BEETROOT

Last night we had 'Hot Beetroot' sliced and diced, cooked with garlic, hemp oil, in fat from the chicken that had cooked. The beetroot went in with one aubergine that had also been cooked in olive oil, hemp oil, and a couple of green chillies. It really was delicious dressed with a spring onion.

It was served with roast chicken pieces, saute potatoes boiled in turmeric and sauted in turmeric, butter and a mixture of olive and hemp oil. Of course a few gloves of garlic. In addition, to a green salad, peppers, with avocado, pumpkin and sunflower seeds with some sultanas. Mayonaise and balasmic salad dressing.

Now this is a good one for our 'high blood pressure' project because it can reduce high blood pressure in those that have it. The American Heart Association Journal featured a study that showed that drinking a 500ml of beetroot juice reduced the blood pressure within one hour and even more as the hours went by.  So a good one to use in smoothies. It is the high nitrate content that makes the difference.

However, I also feel that it is good for menopausal women anyone that is experiencing the aging process, or even people that are engaging with change in their lives.

Beetroot is also good for the liver, diabetes, and a lot more.

After dinner this painting came in. While painting it, I wondered about white blood cells. I could see the white stone and now the scan is uploaded I can also see a white bird, like a love bird. The biblical prophecies also predicted that they would be recognized when they were wearing white.

If you turn the painting up the other way, it looks like a baby and what can impact upon it.

Today, we were also sharing about the menopause and what impacts on the baby in the womb when a woman is pregnant.
