DAILY TELEGRAPH BREAKS THE LAW

The Daily Telegraph broke the law two days ago by uploading a TV commercial to YT promoting a prescribed medication on behalf of the NHS to the consumer. It is illegal in British law to advertise prescribed medication directly to the consumer.

You can report the advertising to YT, (YT are also getting paid to advertise it) you can also report the advertising to the Advertising Standards Authority. I chose to do both.

In the UK, no organisation can promote prescription-only medication to members of the public. There is further reading on this subject matter on this link. The TV commercial should not be broadcast by any television channel in the UK either. I've not posted the commercial on this blogpost, has I refuse to give it any space.
