I don't think they were talking about Chinese dog meat at G20, do you? There has been outrage from the animal rights activists about the intention to hold the "World Dog Show" in China in 2019.

In 2016, it was held in Moscow at the Crocus Expo Exhibition Centre. That reminds me of the recent painting with the Crocus in it.
