Percy-Smart NHS

In July the BBC reported that the NHS trust had paid millions of pounds in contracts to companies owned by previous associates of Ms Percy. In August, Ms Percy (CEO) announces she is standing down.

On September the 7th, Mr Smart tells the BBC a new £240,000-a-year role was created for Ms Percy and not advertised. On the 19th September the trust announces Mr Smart (chairman) is standing down. That's the Southern Health Trust. A report was issued showing that only 272 of 722 deaths in four years had been investigated.

There's no money to pay for NHS services is there? That's the message from NHS England. As we say in London, pull the other leg its got bells on.
