If you have pins and needles in your hands you could also try taking the golden sultana in gin remedy. Although there is a lot of natural sugar in sultanas so I have put on weight in the last two years since I've been taking it. Although I don't mind at my age, I'd rather have a little extra weight than have pain in my hands and wrists.
