I've made my latkes have you, I've made my chicken liver pate too,
although some Jewish people don't eat livers, and some do.
Some Israeli's don't eat beef mince either, and some do.
I used to enjoy being taken to Blooms in London,
to have chopped herrings and chicken soup.
All the kosher restaurants were in London.
Oh the new greens and the brisket melted in your mouth,
the salt beef with mustard.
Today, I am going to cook some meat balls for tomorrow.
Sunday I shall have roast chicken dinner with a selection of veg to include parsnips.
