ELIZABETH TOWER FINAL BONG

Published by RT today, the silencing of Elizabeth Tower, an iconic landmark in the heart of London, stirred controversy on Monday, with several MPs speaking out against the move despite apparent indifference from the general public. The report claims that Big Ben will not bong again until 2021.

There are massive refurbishments going on at the houses of parliament, and as far as I am aware, all parliamentarians will have to leave it and work elsewhere while the renovations and refurbishments are on-going. The date scheduled for completion is 2022.
