COLLAGEN DRINK


I have begun a new collagen journey, taking it to the next level. My nutrient drink last night included five walnuts, two dried apricots, a small banana, six white grapes, and a kiwi blended together.



I then included a scoop of "Undenatured Type II Collagen". I'm doing a months trial with it in powdered form to see how my body responds to it and will report back in a month from now.

My body being my laboratory, and the barometer of balance -v- imbalance. It's crucial to get the balance right with foods and appropriate minerals to help your dynamic healing systems. I was divinely given collagen, and manganese and I do my best to do as I'm told, because I know the consequences if I don't.
