TAN SOUP

On the 26th May I received a dream and in the dream the man spoke of 'Parkinson's', also in the dream was a tan horse. Hence, I've called this soup, TAN Soup.

My vegetable stock for the soup is some turmeric water that I had cooked potatoes in last night.

I began my TAN soup with a sliced onion cooked in butter (butter great for the brain) and two tablespoons of honey, caramelising the onion. After the onion was caramelised, then include a nice chunk of sliced ginger, stir. Prior to including three small sweet potatoes, and a couple of tablespoons of red lentils that I washed first. After that include the turmeric water and put in more water if you require it.

You don't require a lot of lentils due to them swelling so much. If the ingredients goes completely mushy, that's fine, just add some tomato passata and some more water to the ingredients giving you more fluidity. Sweet potatoes are brilliant for Vit A, and Vit A was given divinely.

If you like your soup very spicy then you can add some hot chili pepper, some cayenne pepper or paprika. You decide depending on your taste buds. I included a large sprinkle of paprika. Its important that you like the taste of the nutrients that you eat and drink. You have to be patient with healing foods, it takes time for healing foods to work their magic.

If you like what you eat then it does your body more good, and Sophia used to say, a little bit of what you fancy does you good.

Sweet potatoes are great in soup and they cook so quickly, fresh ginger also gives it some punch.

When you know how healthy it is for you, it always seems to taste better.

While cooking I am having a lemon hooch drink that is recommended by medics in the UK.

After my soup, it will be a chicken salad, chicken that has marinated in fresh lemon, coconut oil, and ginger overnight, the chicken will be gently cooked in some coconut oil and butter. Fresh lemon is great for Vit K and helps the brain to assimilate Vit C.

Potato salad sprinkled with paprika, coleslaw, and a green salad with iceberg lettuce, cucumber and spring onions. A sprinkle of capons and olives with some artichoke hearts, great for the mouth and teeth. Sunday lunch, nice and easy, also quick to cook. A great mix of nutrients for Sunday prior to enjoying some fruit this evening.
