Raspberry Manganese

Fresh raspberry is on the menu this week, with mango and fresh pineapple. More manganese in those raspberries. Was also stocked up with almonds for manganese, berries, sultanas, dates and apricots.





Asparagus is the veg booster this week. 



 Fish is salmon, brain food. 

Yoghurt Greek. 

I like the Greek dip with yoghurt, cucumber, garlic and mint. 

Cheese, is cream cheese with garlic and herbs.
