I received two more dreams during the night and the first dream was Johnny Depp again, he was in a good mood and was being quite funny, he reminded me of his cheeky pirate character. He was grinning and being playful with his hair flapping around his face. Has we say in England, he was larking about.
This is the 2nd dream of Johnny Depp in November. The previous dream of him this month was received on the 7th of November.
Alas, another one of his friends has passed over, the Pogues, Shane MacGowan, age 65. The Irish musician was born in Kent, England, on Christmas Day in 1957, his parents were Irish. Shane passed over on the 30th November, 2023, in Dublin with his wife by his side.
It wouldn't be the first time that I've received a dream prior to a passing of one of his friends. I had a dream of Johnny prior to the passing of Jeff Beck.
Makes me wonder if he is in the England for Christmas, he does like England.
Columnist Dr David Turner has written an article published in the GP Magazine, PULSE TODAY, titled, "Please stop telling me that my patients do not have anything wrong with them".
Bearing in mind that GPs often send patients to a consultant for a thorough investigation and diagnosis, only to have the patient sent back to the GP with no further information on what is causing the symptom/s they are experiencing. So what's the point of having specialists if they don't get to the root cause and are able to diagnose?
David says that the NHS has predominantly been an "illness" service rather than a "wellness" service. My response to him is that secondary care has become emergency surgery only, if you don't require surgery, they're not interested in looking at what could be causing the issue.
What we require is some functional medicine doctors that look at the whole person and not just an individual symptom. Although I agree with David's experience of the fact that patients are going around and around in circles and not getting very far at all. It is a waste of the patients time and medical staff resources.
He suggests employing more counsellors to treat IBS patients with CBT and biofeedback, as well as more physiotherapists specifically to treat labyrinthine disorders.
I don't agree with him on counselling for IBS, I don't agree with CBT for it either. If I was running a Clinical Commissioning Group I would refuse CBT altogether, the reasons explained on previous blogposts.
What I do recommend is that the NHS embraces nutritionists to help people with gastrointestinal disorders. Gastrointestinal disorders are usually caused by what people have consumed most of their lives. Oxalates found in food also induce breast cancer. We know that IBS is also just a symptom of an underlying issue. Medical scientists have known about the danger of oxalates in food for two centuries, yet there is no public health warning or education about it. Nor does labelling inform people about the content of oxalates in the food that they purchase. Oxalates can be found in most chronic diseases, and a majority of people are eating a high oxalate diet.
The comments in response to his article are interesting, in one of the comments from GPs, it says that one of his patients died during the endoscopy procedure.
Has far as Physiotherapists are concerned, try to find one inside the NHS, when you ask them why you aren't receiving any physiotherapy, they tell the patients that they are not allowed to touch you. Unless you've had an operation, all that NHS physiotherapy does is hand out exercise sheets, when patients are asking for help with an immediate health problem. Of course they're all sub-contractors that work for the NHS that provide the service that just isn't working. Who gives them the contracts regionally? The Clinical Commissioning Groups.
Hence I don't agree with him on that recommendation either because when you ask physio's why they're not giving you any physio they say that they don't have time because they have too many patients. It's clearly far quicker and easier to hand out exercise sheets that a majority of patients either cannot do or refuse to do. Hence, the NHS is just kicking the can down the road and patients are on a conveyor belt, it's a numbers game for the sub-contractors. The sub-contractors have no responsibility for the success or lack of it for patients.
If you are interested in Oxalates, the health professional with a degree in nutrition and masters in public health, Sally K Norton is the author of a book on it titled, "Toxic Superfoods". When you bear in mind that men excrete only 40mg of oxalates a day, and women only excrete 30mg of oxalates a day, just by eating one medium sized potato they've exceeded the daily amount their bodies can excrete. Yet, the NHS has only focussed on oxalates being involved in producing kidney stones.
Oxalates are also a culprit that stops people from shedding weight. After 4 months I shed two stone in weight when I reduced my potato intake by 98%. After 2 months the eye condition, Blepharitis stopped completely. Oxalates impact on everything from your brain to your bones. I have to say that my ENT consultant is excellent at the private hospital that I'm able to access on the NHS. He was very pleased with the success that I had achieved with castor oil.
When I spoke to the GUT charity about oxalates, they refused to accept that oxalates is a major cause of gut issues and they said there wasn't any research to prove it. Although they'd be open to receiving some and funding it. That's another issue, money gets poured into Cancer research, yet next to nothing is given to researching oxalates. Sally K Norton, shared in one of her broadcasts that India is doing the most research on oxalates because Indian spices are high in oxalates.
And what about social care? We have 9 million unpaid carers in the UK. 40,000 care workers left the health care system due to refusing the injections.

That means that the students that eat in the canteen from 2027 onwards will be full of oxalates that are harmful for the body.

My recommendation to everyone is to read a book written by Sally K Norton, (USA) on oxalates, her book is the most researched on the subject matter and it is titled "Toxic Superfoods". Sally's book is mind blowing. The author was a vegan and then a vegetarian herself, hence she writes from experience. It was due to her becoming seriously ill that her research with oxalates began.
Her degree in nutrition was gained at Cornell University, she then did her masters in Public Health. She is an amazing woman and has provided interviews on-line for a decade. This is Sally's website.
A Brit was given a £2,000 fine and because he appealed against the fine he was given a prison sentence in Dubai by the Court of Appeal. It was all over the fact that the Dubai airport staff didn't provide a wheelchair for his mother. There's no freedom of speech in Dubai and you're not allowed to get cross with airport staff if and when they don't do their job. Best for the Brits to stay away from Dubai.
I was thinking about going abroad next year for a special celebration. However, I've since changed my mind due to the amount of pilots that had to take the Nanotechnology mNRA injections. Anyone that took the injections has been harmed by the choice they made to take the experimental injections. Many were brainwashed or told they'd lose their jobs if they didn't take it. That is a crime in itself. EL AL pilots walked out, there was no way that they were going to take the Pfizer jabs. Has far as I'm aware the airline had to replace their pilots.

Remember the government saying, "Safe and effective", the injections were not safe and effective for humans, so what makes farmers think they're safe for animals? Putting chemicals into farm animals, puts it in the food chain for humans to eat.
French farmers certainly have a sense of humour. The French do like their cultural food. I remember when one small French town kicked out all the takeaways and kebab shops to benefit their own cultural food. Don't mess with the French farmers or French food.
Another dream received has soon as I drifted off into sleep state and then dream state this night.
I was in an indoor market with a friend and we were moving about the indoor market together. I then stopped at one of the stalls that had jewellery and some small vintage items that I was looking at. One of the vintage items was Queen Elizabeth's golden coach and horses.
My friend walked away while I began speaking to the stall holders and we began chatting. I bumped into some of the decorations and some of the decorations had attached themselves to what I was wearing. Hence, one at a time, I was removing them and putting them on the stall. During our conversation, I asked them if they were exhibiting anywhere else.
They replied that they weren't because they were touring, they shared that they were a (English) female band and they were excited about going on tour. Then some other musicians arrived, some male musicians and we said "hello" because I recognised one of the musicians. They were all really happy.
I then shared with the girls that I'd received a dream this morning of David Bowie and how he had a mop of blonde hair in ringlets. That is the first time that I've spoken in a dream to people about a different dream within 24 hours of receiving it.
The venue itself didn't appear to have any importance to the dream, it was more about the band and musicians in the indoor market and the male connection with David. At dawn this morning I received a dream and I was on a large escalator going up, it was a steep escalator and very long. Then my body turned and I was on my way down the escalator. When I reached the floor, David Bowie was there and he had a mop of blonde curls in ringlets. I asked him if he had heard from Rosie (she lived nearby in London) and he said, that he hadn't, he then said, "Why don't you write to her?", I replied, "I'd have to find her exact address". I don't think she lives there anymore because years ago I had a dream of her and there was a "for sale" sign outside where she lived.
Then I asked him if he was going up the escalator with me, and he replied, yes, he would accompany me back up the escalator.
The escalator is a symbol in dream interpretation because the escalator goes up and down. Going up the escalator is a symbol of success and down is not. However, in this symbolism with the escalator, going down can represent a defeat that can be reversed by the application of intelligent determination.

Since the ligament injury two months ago, I don't feel my best. My body is still recovering from it. I am having regular treatments with my Chiropractor and today, I have an appointment with a Physiotherapist.
The dream is a dream of hope and it signifies that I can go back up again with intelligent determination with the help that is forthcoming. It is definitely true of London too, yesterday, the largest rally against anti-semitism took place in London, the biggest since 1936. David is connecting with us and watching over us.

People in London unite for the Jewish people and Israel. The police estimate 150,000 people and it was reported it was taking 43 minutes to get from the High Court to Parliament Square. Boris Johnson joined the rally with his wife and other MPs. The rally was organised by the Campaign Against Antisemitism and it was the biggest rally against anti-semitism since 1936.
Many were calling for the hostages to be brought home. There were some delays last night, although some more were returned. The Jerusalem Post say another 13 Israeli hostages, another three Thai nationals, and one Russian-Israeli have been handed over to the Red Cross this afternoon. Plus another 39 prisoners being returned to Gaza.
Arab-Israeli, Yoseph Haddad gave his response to the UN's Pillay Report to the UN Human Rights Council on the 13th June, 2022. Yoseph corrects the information written in the report that was written by an anti-Israel activist, Navi Pillay. There is no apartheid in Israel.

It looks like it is the beginning of the end for the UN and it's bias. South Africa plans to withdraw from UN Conventions so that it can restrict immigration and send refugees back to countries not deemed to be dangerous.
South Africa's Home Affairs Minister, Aaron Motsoaledi has announced plans to toughen up the nation's asylum and immigration laws as part of his bid to overhaul the migration system in the country. He plans to withdraw from the 1951 United Nations Refugee Convention and the 1967 Protocol to the Status of Refugees, enabling South Africa to restrict immigration. Rights would be restricted on working, education and any claim to citzenship.

There is something going on in the Armenian quarter in Israel, a property developer leased some land to build a hotel and the Armenians are against the building of the hotel in that part of the old city. I agree there shouldn't be a hotel built in the old city of Jerusalem, so close to ancient churches.
The investor involved in this is an Australian-Israeli, Danny Rothman who is partnered with Emirati hotel group and they managed to obtain a 99 year lease from an Armenian priest that has since been defrocked over it. He is now living in solitude in America.
They plan to build on the car park and limestone fortress of Armenian apartments and shops to build a luxury hotel. The 2,000 Armenians that live there are outraged and they could face eviction if the plan proceeds. Of course, in Israel anywhere that anything is built has to be excavated first.

If I remember correctly, the scripture is clear about the LORD's intent for Jerusalem and it certainly wasn't for property developers to build hotels within its walls. Strictly speaking, there is not even meant to be any shops there. It is meant to be a holy place that is residential for the poor, elderly and places of worship. Armenians, please remember why Jesus became cross with the money changers in his Father's house.
It sounds to me like the Armenian Church required money and the priest that was defrocked was the scapegoat. However, this ancient historical site should be protected by UNESCO so that none of it is sold to anyone. I hope that the Israeli' government will step in and put a stop to the plan to build a hotel in the Armenian quarter. Although I appreciate how busy they are right now.
This podcast was uploaded in June 2023. It says there is a 1,000 Armenians living in the Armenian quarter, the residents have decreased from 2,000. If the lease is not revoked by the Armenian Church, it means that the Armenians would lose a large chunk of their quarter, which would mean that it wouldn't be a quarter of the old city anymore. The Armenians are fighting to retain their presence in the old city that goes back has far as the 4th century.
Is NASA really warning of a tsunami in Europe in 2024? UNESCO reported that five towns and cities are at risk around the Mediterranean Sea will be tsunami-ready by 2023.
On NASA's website they say that they focussing on the Pacific Ocean.
The last time there was a Tsunami I received prior warning of a massive environmental disaster that was coming. I will always remember what happened the Boxing Day afterwards in 2004. I'm sure if there was going to be one in Europe he would tell me in advance like he did last time.

The Plague of Hail is mentioned on the book of Exodus. Singer/Songwriter, known professionally has Emeli Sande was brought to my attention today. Emeli is appearing at the London Palladium on the 25th November. She was born in Sunderland, and her parents moved to Scotland when she was four. Her dad was from Zambia and her mother English, her parents met at college.
Emeli wrote her first song for a primary school talent show when she was at the tender age of 11. A talented individual in more ways than one, she completed her medical degree in neuroscience at the University of Glasgow. Her parents were keen for their daughter to complete her education.
In 2017, she was given an MBE for her services to music.

In Farmer's Weekly it was reported that if wasn't for foreign food imports, the UK would run out of food on August 11 every year. Our agriculture cannot support the massive population that now exists, the government are going to have to invest in our agriculture for self-sustainability and food security. In their quest for efficiency, the culture and managerial practices of many contemporary institutions are not only toxic to the psychological well being of employees, but ironically, they also end up decreasing efficiency.
A hyper-rationalist, scientistic, bio-medicalised conception of the human condition has come to dominate all aspects of social life from psychology to contemporary managerial practices, from social health care to education. Professionals and institutions are increasingly being required by New Public Manageralists to provide evidence to justify their activities. Social policy itself claims to be evidence based.
And so it has come to pass that only the countable counts. Governments, regulators, are in thrall to targets and outcomes in the name of economic efficiency, which in itself has resulted in the fetishization of measurement.
In a climate of deregulation and marketization cost-cutting masquerades has efficiency. This leads to an unrealistic burdensome workload and responsibility combined with diminished autonomy. All this takes place within a coercive regime of accountability through which performance is continually audited.
The stress levels produced whilst trying to survive in this sort of milieu manifests in the form of domestic difficulties, psychological crisis and physical illnesses. Habitually, these illnesses are pathologized and individualised and referred to has mental disorders, to be treated by CBT or medication.
The rationales for the whole endeavour are provided by Neoliberalism and its sanctification of the market.

Sally shares that oxalate overload is often called menopause because oxalates impact upon hormones. Oxalate overload reaches a peak at the time that menopause usually begins.
That confirms why women are tending to go into menopause much earlier than they used to. For instance my mother and I began ours in 50s, but now you hear of young women in their 40's starting their menopause. More evidence that the younger generations are consuming a lot more oxalates than the generations that came before them.
This time they're recommending CBT for menopausal women. N.I.C.E. clearly aren't focussed on nutrition for menopausal women, whilst nutrition is a priority in all health conditions.

After I watched the two day conference back in the 2014 timeline, I also found a CBT Conference with practitioners and they were telling people to close their files to increase their stats. Just because a file is closed doesn't mean that there has been a positive impact. Ticking boxes won't fix it, talking about menopause won't fix it.
Women have to engage in what they're consuming that is having a negative impact on their bodies. Nutrition is where you begin to make the improvements in menopause. How do I know, I'm a woman that went through a tough menopause and nutrition is key. How many women are told that during menopause a woman's body requires nearly 2/3 more iron, during and after menopause.

"The ombudsman has already determined there was "maladministration" of the state pension age increase for women, when the age rose previously from 60 to 65 and later to 66.
Previously, economists have said that the cost to 1950s women was up to £50,000 per woman.

After the blood tests, Anna was referred for an ultrasound scan which revealed that her carotid arteries, the blood vessels in the neck that supply the brain, were narrowed".

The polls show us that most voters are against the removal of Suella the brave. One of the polls that I looked at today showed that 88% of the people were against sacking the Home Secretary. Many people that voted for BREXIT agree with Suella. A former Attorney General that knows the law better than Rishi ever will.
To be honest, I don't think the unelected back-stabber Rishi can last very long now. Parting ways with Suella is the last straw for many voters that agree with her on the protests and immigration. I read earlier today that universities are spending £500M a year with recruitment agencies to find them foreign students.
Education and immigration has been big business, keeping a lot of lecturers and academics in highly paid jobs. Which is why so much of academia support immigration against the will of a majority of the British people. Another reason why there are so many students on the protests in London.
Another protest march is organised for Wednesday near the Houses of Parliament, apparently, it is because there is a debate and vote on a ceasefire. No protest will make any difference to how MPs vote, remember one million people marched to stop the war against Iraq and Tony Blair took absolutely no notice.

The former Attorney General knows more about the law than the police, the former Home Secretary is a prime candidate to become the next leader of the Conservatives. A woman that was not afraid to speak the truth to the masses. What a difference between the UK and France, in France politicians marched in Paris against anti-semitism, whereas Sunak sacked the woman that was calling it out.
Jacob Rees-Mogg says that Rishi Sunak has made a big mistake in sacking Suella and I agree with him. Another big mistake is bringing back David Cameron who ran away from Brexit. Jacob also said that Rishi didn't approve of Suella's plan to reduce immigration or to leave the ECHR if the Rwanda project is turned down.
Rishi Sunak is not fulfilling the will of the people on immigration, or the Conservative promises on it, why? He's a member of WEF. Although he did tell Modi that he couldn't increase the number of immigrants from India in exchange for a trade deal.
With Suella the Tories had a chance to win the next election, not now while Sunak is in charge. Sunak thinks he's the light by taking this action during Diwali, the backlash has already begun. We never liked Sunak to begin with, he would not have been elected in a general election. Sunak was also responsible for bringing down Boris Johnson, although it was clear that Boris was unsuitable to be PM.
Boris a former journalist and mayor of London didn't have the experience or credentials for such an important job at a crucial time in our history.
So will the sacking of the brave soul, Suella, push more voters to the smaller parties like Reform etc? More than possible judging by the comment sections everywhere. The Tories are going to have to act fast to replace Sunak before the next general election. Has it is only a year away.

An Egyptian born journalist working in London, Moataz Khalil gives his report and experiences of going on all of the anti-Israel protests so far. His report confirms that Suella was absolutely correct. Moataz says that there were violent death songs being played on the march.
An exiled Egyptian TV presenter Moataz Matar has had his visa revoked and he is banned from entering the UK due to his support for Hamas. The news report doesn't say what visa he had, it does say he was coming to and from the UK, sounds like regular visits. This is the first visa to be revoked by Suella Braverman and the Home Office for this reason.
We are hoping for many more people to be banned from re-entering the UK and many more visas revoked including citizenship where necessary. We will not put up with any supporters of Hamas or any other "terrorists" because it is contravention of the law of our land.

Has far as I'm aware Diwali actually begins on the 12th, it is also Remembrance Day today when the King and others lay their wreaths at the Cenotaph. Then they decide how long you have to wait to see a doctor or offer you an appointment with a nurse etc. The last time I made an appointment it was a three week wait. If you can't get an appointment with a GP for something important then ring the NHS 111 service because they can arrange an emergency appointment with your GP.
If their clinicians decide it is an urgent matter. NHS 111 also decide whether to send an ambulance, paramedics or community nurses to your home.

It's over a decade ago that I shared a report that 8 million British cat lovers are infected. This latest study is from researchers in the US and Spain that took blood samples from 600 over-65s and they found that two-thirds of cat owners had previously been infected by a parasite spread by cats.
"Around a tenth of people in the US and up to 65 per cent of people in other countries have been infected with T.gondi. Rates tend to be far higher in older individuals, according to the researchers".
My parents wouldn't allow cats in the house, mum said she was allergic to them, but dad knew they were a danger to health. He was very health conscious, has health conscious has he could be where his family and home was concerned. I've never invited cats into my home either.
